Ensure that all incoming materials for piping fabrication are all documented

and comply with applicable standards.

Inspection of piping spool fabrication and erection as per Isometric drawings.

Prepare highlights and inspection progress report.

Check that proper preservation is applied to shafts/bearings etc.

Check foundations are free of dirt, base and sole plates are correctly installed

and level is acceptable.

Ensure the correct orientation of equipment’s, proper levelness, verticality

and alignment as required.

Ensure flange gasket seating areas are free of damage, pitting and check

piping cleanliness before connecting to the equipment’s.

Distribute Quality documentation on site and ensures that the activities

carried out are in compliance with the relevant issued documentation.

Supervises inspections, tests and collects, manages and files the required.

Ensures that all measurement and testing instruments are correctly managed

and calibrated. Monitors the expiry date of the calibration certificates.

Visual inspection of plant piping and preparing punch list (A & B Items) after

Responsible for Inspection of STATIC Equipment Alignment along with as per ASME Section-V111 and Manufacturer recommended tolerance. .

Installation and start-up of static equipment – Drums, Exchangers, Heaters, Boilers, Reformers, Vessels, Heat-Exchangers

Inspection and ensuring the installation of boiler, economizer, and duct’s and stack at the BOILER package.

Inspection of foundation - pad plate, anchor bolt projections are in accordance with client’s specification and respected drawing.

vessels, heat exchangers, columns, drums, reactors and filters and other

auxiliaries arriving in the lay down area. Check all inspection points and all

required documentations.

Conduct receiving inspection on all vessels and column internal

attachments e.g. support plates, cleats, nozzles, beams and support grids,

and ensure that orientations are correct as per approved drawing

Ensure that levelness and verticality of these equipments are within the

acceptable criteria, padding and grouting are well done as per client

requirement

Verify the nameplate information is correct per manufacturer’s data

reports and design requirements.

Close coordination with the Project Management Contractor and Asset

Delivery Team for successful completion of activities.
