Inspection of raw material as per procurement order (P.O.) and reviewing

Ensure the correct orientation of equipment’s, proper levelness, verticality

Ensure flange gasket seating areas are free of damage, pitting and check
piping cleanliness before connecting to the equipment’s.
Distribute Quality documentation on site and ensures that the activities
carried out are in compliance with the relevant issued documentation.

attachments e.g. support plates, cleats, nozzles, beams and support grids,
and ensure that orientations are correct as per approved drawing
Ensure that levelness and verticality of these equipments are within the
acceptable criteria, padding and grouting are well done as per client
requirement
Verify the nameplate information is correct per manufacturer’s data
reports and design requirements.
Close coordination with the Project Management Contractor and Asset
Delivery Team for successful completion of activities.
