1.概述 拟建电厂一座,总装机为一炉一机,拟选用1×35t/h循环流化床锅炉、1×6MW凝汽式汽轮发电机组,锅炉额定蒸汽压力为3.82MPa(g),额定蒸汽温度为450℃。 主厂房按三列式(锅炉跨、除氧燃料仓跨、汽机跨)布置;烟囱1座,采用钢筋混凝土结构,高60m。

4. The fuel system4.1 transportation fuel

Each unit configuration two machine force ventilation cooling tower and circulating pump.6.2 the boiler make-up water systemAccording to the water quality data , regulations codes and units for soda quality requirements, the power plant boiler make-up water treatment system adopts pretreatment + level of desalination + mixed ion exchanger. The whole system is divided into three parts: preprocessing part, level of desalination part and ion exchange.

6.水工系统 6.1循环水系统 本工程循环冷却水系统采用带机力通风冷却塔的二次循环供水系统。每台机组配置两座机力通风冷却塔和循环水泵。 6.2锅炉补给水系统 根据水质资料、规定规程及机组对汽水品质的要求,电厂的锅炉补给水处理系统采用预处理+一级除盐+混合离子交换器。整个系统分为三大部分:预处理部分、一级除盐部分及离子交换部分。

10.2、生物质循环流化床锅炉总体概述 锅炉为中温中压参数、单汽包自然循环、岛式布置、全钢架支吊结合的循环流化床锅炉。 锅炉采用高温绝热蜗壳旋风分离器进行气固分离,运转层标高为7000mm。 锅炉本体钢架由三跨组成,第一跨布置炉膛,第二跨布置高温绝热蜗壳旋风分离器、返料器,第三跨布置尾部烟道—过热器、省煤器、空预器。 炉膛采用全膜式水冷壁结构,在炉膛上部沿宽度方向布置3片高温过热蒸汽屏和2片水冷屏。炉膛底部为水冷布风板和水冷风室;在与床下水冷风室相连的一次风道上布置2台油点火燃烧,用于锅炉启动点火。 锅炉采用前墙集中给料方式,在前墙水冷壁下部均匀布置二个生物质燃料给料口,在其中心位置布置一个给煤接管(可作循环物料加入口)。 布风板上设置三个排渣口,其中中间一个作为事故放渣以及停炉检修时使用。 两台蜗壳高温绝热旋风分离器位于炉膛出口和尾部竖井烟道之间,左右旋风分离器的下方各布置一台设有水冷料腿的返料器,返料器将旋风分离器分离下来的物料送回炉膛。 尾部竖井烟道依次布置了低温过热器、省煤器和空气预热器受热面,并在每级受热面进口端设置脉冲吹灰系统。过热器系统中设有一级喷水减温器。 锅炉采用两级配风,一次风从炉膛底部通过布风板进入炉膛,二次风分别从前后墙进入炉膛。 锅炉整体呈左右对称布置,支吊在锅炉钢架上。锅炉启动床料为煤灰渣。
