SIGMACOVER 522Micaceous iron oxide-pigmented epoxy coating

Specifically designed as sealer for zinc-rich and thermalmetal-sprayed surfaces. SIGMACOVER 522 can be used as a primer and sealer or coating on steel, thermal metal-sprayzinc and galvanizing. It can be used for both atmosphericand immersion applications.

• Primer and sealer in one• Good abrasion and impact resistance• Resistant to temperatures up to 200°C in dry atmospheric conditions

SIGMACOVER 280Universal epoxy primer for steel and non-ferrous materials

As a general-purpose primer for atmospheric and immersion applications, SIGMACOVER 280 offers excellent adhesion tonon-ferrous substrates and galvanized steel. It is compatible with most well-designed cathodic protection systems and is suitable for use on wet blast substrates (wet or dry).

• Excellent anticorrosive properties• Long recoating intervals• Low-temperature cure version allows curing down to -10°C

SIGMACOVER 256Zinc phosphate recoatable epoxy primer

Ideal for atmospheric applications, SIGMACOVER 256 is ableto withstand extreme variations in weather conditions.It provides excellent corrosion resistance in both industrialand coastal applications.

Ideal for use in atmospheric land and marine conditions, SIGMACOVER 410 can be recoated with two-pack and conventional coatings, even after prolonged weathering conditions. It is available in micaceous iron oxide and ina selected colour range.

SIGMACOVER 1500Solvent-free maintenance epoxy

SIGMACOVER 1500 is a surface-tolerant epoxy coating that has been specially designed to facilitate easy maintenance. It is compatible with most aged coatings and is ideal for use in sensitive locations. SIGMACOVER 1500 reduces explosion risk and fire hazard. It also protects workers and the environment by minimising solvent exposure during application.

SIGMACOVER 1000High-build, solvent-free epoxy

SIGMACOVER 1000 is an ultra-high-build coating that provides up to 1000 microns in just one coat. It provides ultimate protection in both atmospheric and immersion applications.
