Waterproofing Solutions:-What is waterproofing?

The rains are a nightmare for houses and structures that have not been waterproofed.

Water can enter through anywhere, weaken the structure of the building and cause damage both

internally and externally.

Waterproofing is a method that forms a protective layer on a building or structure and prevents

water from seeping through. No matter which area you want to waterproof, whether it's leaking roofs,

basement, plaster cracks or damp walls. It's important to address these issues before they cause

any major damage to the structure.

Need of WaterproofingConcrete Contrary to common belief, concrete itself is a complex composite material. It has low strength when loaded in tension and hence it is common practice to reinforce concrete with steel, for improved tensile mechanical properties. Concrete structures such as bridges, buildings, elevated highways, tunnels, parking garages, offshore oil platforms, piers and dam walls all contain reinforcing steel (rebar).
