Umrah Visa

What is the Umrah visa? It is an electronic visa granted by Saudi Arabia to guests of Al-Rahman wishing to perform Umrah,

allowing them freedom of movement between Makkah and Medina and all cities of the Kingdom

during the stay.

How do you book an Umrah journey from outside Saudi Arabia?

Individual pilgrims are allowed to come through official online platforms by following the next steps:

First: Access to one of the official online platforms for Umrah services for individuals.

Second: Umrah program planning, which includes: ● Accommodation services. ● Transport services. ● Field services by a Saudi Umrah company. ● Any optional services.

Third: completing visa requirements: ● Registration of pilgrims' information (the reference number for the visa application will be sent to the pilgrim's email). ● Fill out the visa application form on the Ministry of Foreign Affairs website.● The visa will be issued electronically so that pilgrims can print it out directly.

Booking Umrah performance date through Eatmarna App is now available to holders of all types of visa before they come to Saudi Arabia, in accordance with the following regulations:

Cancellation cases of Umrah permits:

- Issuing an entry visa to Saudi Arabia and make sure from its validity when registering and booking in the application.

- If the pilgrim does not enter Saudi Arabia 6 hours as maximum prior to his Umrah appointment, the permit will be automatically canceled. - If the pilgrim is found to have coronavirus or is in contact with an infected person, the permit will be automatically canceled.

You may experience heat stress when performing Umrah during the day in addition to fasting difficulties. To maintain your health, you should do the following:

Avoid direct exposure to the sun

Drink enough fluids after Iftar

Using your shaving or haircut tools is the perfect way to protect you from serious infectious diseases.If you can't carry them, be sure that you:

- Choose an authorized barbershop, and stay away from road and sidewalk barbers.

- Remind the barber to wash his hands thoroughly with soap and water before shaving or haircut.

- Use only one-time (handle) razor blades, and avoid sharing the use of any other types, including razor blades that are changed after each person.

- Avoid sharing others' tools definitively, such as hair removal tools, sponge pieces, or using alum.

- Your commitment to keeping your personal belongings in place contributes to the Holy Mosque cleaning.

- Please keep the plastic cups for drinking Zamzam water, reduce their consumption and put them in their designated place after use.

- Please do not do ablution using zamzam water for drinking and you should go to designated ablution places.

- Please place shoes in designated spaces distributed at the doors and corridors of the Mosque.

- Your sense of responsibility by putting waste in its designated place keeps the Holy Mosque clean.

- Make sure you don't carry luggage when you go to the Holy Mosque.

- Find out about the emergency exits at your residence.

- Avoid overloading the elevator so that its users are not at risk.
