Foundation shall not be made less than 6 ft. deep in any case.The entire columns in the building should be tied with each other with steel bars to bear earthquake.

Building as per best of Vaastu.Exterior and Interior lay out of Building Plan should be got approved.Covered area will be 75% as per map sanctioned.Rain water harvesting will be done.
