Moveable i-heightTM ScreenIt's the biggest, most colorful screen we've ever made and the
only one that moves. With the push of a button, you can move
the screen up or down to find your best height and see every
stitch in true color.
Extra Wide Work AreaWith the screen in the up position you get more than 9"
(234mm) of wonderful working space to the right of the
needle. This gives the Memory Craft 11000 the largest arm
and bed space of any home embroidery machine.
Superior Data TransferImport and export designs via direct PC connection, ATA PC Card,
USB memory device, optional USB CD drive (read only) or optional
wireless StitchLink. PC Folder Tool allows you to access designs on
your computer as if they were simply in another folder on your
Memory Craft 11000.
Robotic PrecisionThe Rolling Linear Motion Guide moves the embroidery hoop
with an accuracy never before seen in the home embroidery
market. We achieved this precision by using the same technology
developed for industrial desktop robots.
Time Saving Convenience FeaturesThe Memory Craft 11000 is loaded with features to make
your sewing faster and easier, like the programmable thread
cutter, independent bobbin winding, automatic needle
threader, and a knee lift.
Full Intensity Lighting SystemSpecial, bright white LED lights illuminate your work from
multiple angles. Even dark fabrics are easy to see. It’s like shining
a spotlight on your work exactly where you need it most.
Built-In CreativityChoose from 307 built-in stitches and 122 built-in
embroidery designs, including embroidered quilt designs.
There are also built-in templates and a new series of 52
fully editable stitches, allowing you to create unique
embroidery designs from decorative stitches.
Janome HeritageYou get the quality and reliability that can only
come from over one hundred years of making the
top sewing machines in the industry.
Powerful On-Board EditingBring in designs from multiple sources. Cut, copy, paste, flip,
rotate, rescale, zoom in and see your layout in 3D. Everything is
in bright, true colors and the giant i-heightTM screen makes it
simple to drag and drop.
Largest Square Embroidery HoopSquare is the best shape for embroidery, and the Memory Craft 11000
has the largest square hoop on the market at 8" x 8" (200 x 200mm).
There’s also a standard hoop at 5" x 4" (126 x 110mm), plus
two optional hoops: macro 8" x 11" (200 x 280mm) and
free arm 2" x 2" (50 x 50mm).
Compact SizeWe’ve increased the embroidery size without increasing the
overall size of the machine. And the Memory Craft 11000 doesn’t
require a bulky embroidery attachment. Janome is the only
company offering quick conversion from sewing to embroidery.

Moveable i-height Screen
Meet the industry’s only moveable screen.
It adjusts to any height comfortable for you!
The i-height screen comes with the widest display on the market. Measuring in at 7 ½” diagonally, it’s about the same size as a portable DVD player screen, but it shows you something even better than a movie. With a full 640x480 resolution, the screen displays in 65,536 brilliant colors for vivid images and impeccable clarity (it even lets you upload photos as screensavers).
When the screen is up all the way, the MC11000 boasts the most spacious work area of any embroidery machine—up to 9” from the right of the needle. Moving it down lets the case top fit snugly over the machine. The i-height touch display opens your eyes, any way you look at it.
Most of us prefer pictures to icons,
and that’s exactly what
the MC11000 gives you
for navigation buttons:
pictures that are simple
and recognizable. Spend
less time figuring things
out and more time
sewing.
The show begins once the screen goes up.
Robotic Precision Janome has pioneered sewing machine technology since the 1990s with their awe-inspiring Memory Craft 8000 and X-Y movement abilities. Now, Janome has desktop robots.
In fact, Janome is the world’s premiere industrial desktop robot manufacturer. With expert knowledge, they created the specialized carriage arm systems—the Rolling Linear Motion Guide—for moving the embroidery hoop. It gives a wider range of movement (and larger hoops). The precision in this machine is unmatched and is possibly the most precise machine in the industry today.
Even though it’s the most sophisticated machine to date, it limits the use of bulky pieces when you want to switch for embroidery. It’s all built in for Janome’s famous quick conversion.
Simplify your set up
pressing a lever and swinging
your arm into place. It’s
extremely sturdy and can
handle several layers of fabric.
Take full advantage of the extended workspace, allowing the hoop to move up to 8” side to side. That’s the widest range for embroidery for a home machine!
If you thought the width was impressive, wait until you hear that the Rolling Linear Motion Guide lets you move almost 11” front and back.
Make the most of your work area
Even though it’s compact, the Janome 11000
boasts the most room for sewing, embroidery
and quilting. Sleek and efficient design gives
you over 9” on the right of the needle if the
needle is up.
With extra room, you can have the widest
embroidery hoop available on the market,
which works wonders for large quilting
projects with tons of fabric being pushed past
the needle.
Tackle multiple layers of fabric with precisefeeding and powerful motors. Now, you can
finish that couch cover, that king-sized quilt,
and that thick winter coat. The MC11000 is
up to the task.
Powerful Machine,Small Size
The MC11000 is only 18 ½” in width,
measuring in as one of the most compactly
designed machines on the leading market.
Competitors require bulky conversion
attachments that can add up to a whole foot
in length to the machine, but on the
MC11000, the embroidery arm is integrated,
making it just as functional in sewing mode.
When time and space are a priority, the
MC11000 was made just for you.
Jumping Through HoopsThe embroidery functions maximize the 11000's
enormous workspace. With up to 8” available on either
side, this machine has the widest embroidery space of
any leading industry machines.
Go above and beyond your average square
with the optional, new Macro Hoop. This hoop tackles
designs over 11” in length—a perfect match for the
MC11000’s dozens of pre-programmed designs made
just for this hoop.

Why It’s Hip to be SquareWith quilting as popular as ever, the most sought
after hoop shape is the square, since quilt squares use
the same shape. This machine was designed for 8” of
arm movement on either side with quilters in mind, so
quilters can have as much room as possible. The
machine also includes a 5” x 4” hoop, great for standard
designs.
Memory Banks
If you want to save your work as
you’re going, name and save your
layouts easily to the integrated
memory banks. Organize your
projects with folders and save them
to external devices to USB memory
drives, design cards, PC cards, or
just straight to your computer.
On-screen manipulation
is easy with function keys and
user-friendly pictures. Editing
on the MC11000 is so easy that
your work will be beautiful
from the first use.
Simple, Precise Layout
Drag your designs with the
selected hoop size using the
MC11000’s stylus. Make sure
your designs are properly
placed with the zoom function
and make adjustments with
the arrow keys.
The all-new zoom function gives you magnified
looks at your design so you can make sure everything is right where it
needs to be. Zoom once and get a large view with a side panel full of
editing tools. Press it again and let the design fill your window entirely.
Close Closer Closest 3D!
Powerful Built-In EditingEliminate the computer and make your elegant embroidery
layouts right on the machine. With editing tools so streamlined and easy,
it will only take minutes to prep for stitching. Pictures are used for
function keys, so you can say goodbye to annoying icons. Your design will
be displayed in the preview the same way it will look in the hoop. From
there, you can zoom all the way in for a three-dimensional view.
Advanced users will love the editing tools, and beginners will have no
problem figuring them out. Let your creativity run wild because
embroidery is made easy with the MC11000.
Speed Up Your Sewing with ConvenienceThis machine comes with dozens of great features to make sewing
easier and more flexible. The start/stop button eliminates the need for a
foot pedal. Wind your next bobbin as you sew with the independent
bobbin winding motor. Raise the presser foot without moving your hands
with the knee lift. Access your favorite functions fast with the sewing
applications function. The unique “Help Movies” option walks you
through new functions. There are so many functions; there just isn’t
enough room to list them all.
Do yourself a huge favor and test out a new
Janome Memory Craft 11000 to get the full experience.

lights to brighten you work area, so you can see every stitch without

The Machine That Took 100 Years
This amazing machine has been in the works for more than 100 years. Twenty years ago, the embroidery revolution was put in motion with the Memory Craft 8000. Before that, Janome introduced the very first-ever programmable home sewing machine.
Janome’s been improving since their start during Abe Lincoln’s time. Today’s machines are easier, quieter, and faster than the founders ever could have dreamed, but Janome never forgets the importance of a reliable machine that makes precise and gorgeous stitching.
An MC11000 comes with heritage, which you can’t get with other brands. Janome machines are timeless.
In 1860, William Barker and A.J. Clark started building
their own sewing machines, under a very long name—
The New England Single Thread Hand Sewing Machine.
They started selling faster than they could be made, and
the New Home Sewing Machine Company was born. .
In 1877, William Grout joined the company
and made the smoothest running machine
they had ever produced, which they named
the New Home.
In 1960, The New Home Sewing
Machine Company was bought by
Janome Sewing Machine Co., Ltd.
2005 marks Janome’s introduction of the
amazing MC11000, an easy to use but very
advanced machine, carrying on Janome’s
tradition of precision and reliability.
Sewing with Janome can be habit forming
Four generations of Janome can prove that Janome is addictive. From Great
Grandmothers to great granddaughters, Janome’s heritage and innovation can be
passed down.
