Download Visual Basic 2010 Express from here:http://www.microsoft.com/visualstudio/en-us/products/2010-editions/visual-basic-express

You will download a file called vb_web.exe, launch it.

[Optional] We might need SQL Server 2008 for the latter weeks. If you have already installed Visual Studio without this, that’s fine.

Restart the machine if necessary. Setup will continue afterwards.
