Happiness equals success: The‘happinessadvantage’–anewcultureadoptedduringthedownturnhaspropelledusforwardanddelivered110% rise in profitsinthelastthreeyears.

A growing family: We’ve expanded the team by 42%andcreatednewpositionstosupportdevelopmentinthehousingandcommercialsectors.TheseincludenewheadsofAssetManagementandDilapidations.

Exploited market opportunities: We’veexpandedinternationallyandlaunchedanew JV business in the Middle East.
