“Our bank started using TellerElite in late 2014. Since that time we have recognized significant
cost savings as a result of the use of virtual tickets within TellerElite. It was surprising to us how
much money we were spending on cash ins and cash outs every month. The ability to create
virtual withdrawals was added in mid-2015 and this feature has provided even more expense
reductions for us.
Additionally, the reporting and research functions within TellerElite have proven to be very useful
and helpful in day to day operations. We have used those research capabilities to rapidly resolve
teller outages and also in fraud related cases. We also were able to eliminate ½ an FTE since it
was no longer necessary to work with proof corrections on day 2.
Our internal IT support staff fields significantly fewer support calls for TellerElite versus
TellerPlus. While CTR filings are problematic no matter what teller system is being used we find
the problems are much less pronounced in TellerElite. We would definitely make the same
decision to move to TellerElite if we were in that position again.”
Steve Mullens, Executive Vice President First National Bank of Central Texas
