FINAL RECOMMENDATIONS • Not any sector can be easily form a cluster within a
particular region. Questions to be answered: – Are there enough companies and educational institutions
in the region to give meaning to the establishment of a cluster?
– Will it be better to establish a cluster or to join a larger regional cluster as a delegation?
• Cluster management must be: – Highly professional – Strongly oriented to:
• Innovation • Internationalization
