1. ANLISIS DE CONSISTENCIA DE LA INFORMACIN HIDROMTRICA
Para el anlisis de consistencia se tomaron en cuenta los registro de los aos 2001,2002,2007,2008,2009 y 2010, tanto para el caudal turbinado y el vertedero, descartando algunos aos por la indisponibilidad de la central hidroelctrica 2, por mantenimiento mayor o siniestros y tambin por falta de mediciones o errores de lectura, siendo estos justificados con el criterio que el caudal del vertedero tiene que ser mayor que el caudal del turbinado, debido a que existe el aporte por infiltraciones y de un dren subterrneo.
1.1. Anlisis de consistencia La no homogeneidad e inconsistencia en secuencias hidrolgicas representa uno
de los aspectos ms importantes del estudio de hidrologa, ya que un error significativo puede introducirse en todos los anlisis futuros, obteniendo resultados altamente sesgado.
el anlisis de los datos de caudales obedecen a la misma metodologa aplicada
para el anlisis de datos pluviomtricos. 1.2. Anlisis de saltos El Anlisis de Saltos se realiza desde tres puntos de vista:
1. Anlisis Visual de los Grficos Originales, 2. Anlisis de Doble Masa, y 3. Anlisis Estadstico de la Media y Desviacin Estndar, segn las Pruebas
de T de Student, y F de Fisher, respectivamente.
Combinando estos criterios se llega a tener una idea de la confiabilidad de la muestra para corregirla si fuese necesario aumentando su bondad estadstica.
1.2.1 Anlisis visual
En general los procesos hidrolgicos como son la precipitacin y la escorrenta se pueden registrar a una escala de tiempo continuo, aunque pueden ser tambin discretos cuando se registran respetando un intervalo de tiempo. una grafica de descargas vs el tiempo constituyen una serie de tiempo que pueden ser definidas en forma horaria, diaria, mensual o anualmente.
En el anlisis de homogeneidad de los datos primero se empieza por una anlisis visual de la serie hidrolgica, esto a fin de detectar saltos.
1.2.2 Anlisis de doble masa Los diagramas de doble masa junto con el anlisis visual sirven para determinar
el rango de los periodos dudosos y confiables para cada estacin en estudio. Los errores posibles se pueden detectar por el quiebre o quiebres que presentan los diagramas, considerndose una estacin con menos errores, consistentes, en la medida que presente un menor nmero de puntos de quiebre.

Analizando e interpretando los grficos de doble masa se observa que a partir del ao 2007 al 2010 presentan quiebres, lo que se traduce en periodos no confiables, y como otro criterio de interpretacin, que el caudal del vertedero debe ser mayor o igual al caudal turbinado, lo cual en ninguno de estos aos se evidencia esto, dando como resultado que el turbinado sea mayor que el vertedero, cosa que no debe ocurrir, caso contrario ocurre con los aos 2001 y 2002, por lo que tomaremos como periodo confiable los caudales turbinados de esos aos, debido a que sus mediciones son mas exactas que las que se registra en el vertedero.
1.2.3 Anlisis Estadstico Conociendo los periodos de posible correccin de los datos, se procede a
analizarlos estadsticamente, en la media y la desviacin estndar, para ver si sus valores estn dentro del rango permisible para un cierto nivel de significacin, segn la hiptesis que se plantea.
Combinando estos criterios se llega a tener una idea de la confiabilidad de la muestra, para corregir, si fuese necesario, mejorando su bondad estadstica y obteniendo finalmente una serie de datos homogneos y consistentes.

Analizando los caudales del vertedero y segn el anlisis de doble masa, a partir del ao 2007,es donde se genera un quiebre hasta el ao 2010, la cual ser nuestro periodo no confiable y la parte confiable los aos 2001 y 2002, en el siguiente cuadro se muestra los resultados.

Prueba estadstica F de Fisher
El anlisis consiste en probar, mediante la prueba F de Fisher, si los valores de la desviacin estndar de las muestras son estadsticamente homogneas con un 5% de nivel de significancia

la media de X1 y X2 de los caudales del vertedero son estadsticamente no
homogneas (T calculado > T tabular); y las desviaciones estndar S1 y S2 son estadsticamente no homogneas (F calculado > F tabular), por lo tanto se realiza la correccin o completacin de los valores de caudales diarios del perodo dudoso.
2. CORRECCIN DE LA INFORMACIN HIDROMTRICA
Si la media y desviacin estndar resultan estadsticamente iguales, la informacin original queda intacta, por ser consistente al 95% de probabilidad, aun cuando en el doble masa se encuentre pequeos quiebres. Pero si resulta la media y la desviacin estndar estadsticamente diferentes se corrige mediante la siguiente ecuacin.

Se realizo la correccin de los datos de los periodos dudosos, las cuales se dan a
partir de ao 2007, como resultado se obtiene el diagrama de doble masa de toda la serie de los aos, donde se cumple que el caudal del vertedero es mayor al turbinado.
Mediante un anlisis estadstico se comprueba que la media y desviacin
estndar son homogneas y consistentes, sin embargo la grafica muestra que a partir del ao 2007, ambas tendencias no guardan relacin proporcional debido a
que el caudal de filtraciones y del dren subterrneo se mantienen constantes en el tiempo, por lo que se ve en la necesidad de generar caudales del vertedero a partir de caudal turbinado, tomando como referencia que la pendiente del caudal del vertedero del ao 2007 al 2010 debe tender a ser igual a la del turbinado.

2.2.1 Correlacin lineal y regresin Si disponemos de dos series de datos emparejados, con frecuencia es til
conocer si ambas variables estn relacionadas, y en caso afirmativo, encontrar la expresin que refleja dicha relacin. Si la ecuacin que mejor relaciona dichas variables es la de una recta, decimos que existe una correlacin lineal, sin embargo la relacin entre estas dos variables puede ser exponencial, polinmica, etc.
Se llama recta de regresin a la lnea que atraviesa la nube de puntos y que
mejor se ajuste a ellos, siendo la ecuacin de la recta Y=a X + b, y si llegamos a conocer esa ecuacin, podemos llegar a estimar valores de Y desconocidos a partir de valores de X conocidos, siendo para nuestro caso los valores de X los datos del caudal turbinado. En el siguiente grafico se muestra la correlacin entre los caudales turbinados y caudales del vertedero.

Del grafico anterior se obtiene la relacin entre los caudales, siendo la variable
independiente los datos de caudales turbinados (X), con lo cual se obtendrn los nuevos caudales a partir del ao 2007 al 2010 con la siguiente ecuacin: Y=0.887X+0.036, a partir de esta ecuacin se procede a generar los nuevos caudales del vertedero, las cuales se volvieron a generar el diagrama de doble masa, la que se presenta en el grafico siguiente.
