THE headaches have started. If Round 3 was a straight-

forward, corrective trade walkin the park, Round 4 is a mine-field.

Toby Greene, Daniel Rich,Brad Crouch, Trent McKenzie,Tommy Sheridan and SamGray are either wildly incon-sistent, stinking it up orinjured.

None are cause for outrightpanic, but what has us reachingfor the Panadol is the fact thatthere are no attractive “bubbleboys” on offer, nor any cashcows even close to cullingeligibility.

Which, unless you’ve gotsome coin in the back pocket, means sideways trading.

Sideways? No ways. That’scrazy talk and in a 2016campaign still in its infancy, isfraught with danger.

In news that the trigger-finger traders among us willfind difficult to accept, Greeneand company might be theitches we can’t scratch for awhile. We have to hold.

Greene was always a risk, ofcourse, but with the shippingoff of Adam Treloar to the Pies,it seemed like he would be thekey beneficiary.

But Greene isn’t getting themidfield minutes we’d like andscores of 51, 120 and 52 notonly has his 21,000 owners

pulling their hair out, it sawhim drop $17k to $429,300.

If you don’t have AaronHall (now $488,100) you’ve gotrocks in your head, but you’realso lucky. Greene for Hallmight be the only option thatmakes sense right now.

Adelaide’s Brad Crouch($306,100) won’t be back foranother 2-3 weeks, while Rich($436,100) is expected to playafter missing last week withhammy tightness.

Crouch on your bench is farfrom a disaster given he maywell end up repaying the faith, but some might not be able toresist Port Adelaide’s AaronYoung or the Bulldogs pocketrocket Caleb Daniel as simi-larly-priced replacements.

Young is about to leap upfrom his starting price of$253,100 after scores of 94 and101 and is in a paltry 0.7 percent of teams.

Daniel ($337,800) has al-ready gone up but may beworth the gamble after a 107against Hawthorn saw hisaverage jump to 90. Again, he’sin stuff-all teams.

That pair might be as riskyas the pair you’re replacing, however. Don’t you just [email protected]
