2017; and, for an Order to extend discovery and the Court having considered the moving papers

ORDERED that the above-captioned matter be reinstated without costs; and it is further
ORDERED that the Dismissal order entered by The Honorable Arnold L. Natali, Jr. on
November 18, 2016 dismissing Plaintiffs Complaint for failure to provide discovery responses, is
hereby vacated and the case is reinstated; without costs; and it is further;
