We begin our tour 5lying on an Emirates A380 to DUBAI, (1-‐night) We’ve a 24 hour stopover and we’ll meet our fellow travellers over lunch on our Bateaux Dubai cruise charter. We then 5ly to Munich to meet our coach. Our next stop is CESKY KRUMLOV (2-‐nights), in the Czech Republic, with a traditional lunch (and brewery tour !) enroute, at the Freistadt Brauhaus. World Heritage listed Cesky Krumlov is one of Europe's best preserved medieval towns, with many pedestrian cobblestone streets to wander and a magni5icent castle complex including a wonderfully preserved Baroque theatre and a truly unique outdoor Revolving theatre! It’s then to the Czech capital, PRAGUE. (4-‐nights) once the medieval capital of the Holy Roman Empire. Here we have many exciting performances and visits -‐ Prague Symphony -‐ The Prague Opera’s Lohengrin (directed by Wagner’s great grand-‐daughter!) -‐ a Mozart Dinner at our gorgeous Grand Hotel Bohemia -‐ the Jewish Quarter with a marvellous museum and the world’s oldest synagogue -‐ Old Town Hall with its famous astrological clock with hourly ’performances’ by mechanical 5igures and stunning views from the tower. VIENNA, (5-‐nights) is next. Enroute we visit magni5icent Lednice Castle before crossing back into Austria, bound for the waltz city, its Art, Music and History. Here we will hear a marvellous concert of Strauss, Lehar and others of the Golden era at the HoQburg Vienna. Our 5inal stop is Hungary's capital, BUDAPEST, (4-‐nights) known as 'the Paris of the East’ and seated in two halves -‐ Buda and Pest, separated by the Danube. It was once the 2nd city of the Hapsburg Empire. Enroute we visit the pretty village of Szentendre -‐ a traditional haunt of artists, with brightly-‐coloured houses, character-‐5illed streets and many little shops and galleries to explore.
