The organizing committee cordially invites you to
participate in the two days inter disciplinary “National
Conference on Current Trends in Computational methods in
Science & Engineering” (CTCM - 2013) going to be held on
22-23 Apr. 2013. The scientific programme includes
Keynote Addresses, Plenary Lectures, Invited Talks, Oral
Presentations and Poster Sessions on the theme of the
conference. Prizes will be given for best ORAL/POSTER
presentation.
AIMS & OBJECTIVES
• To provide platform to exchange of information
concerning computational fields and related subjects of
interest for national research groups both as concerns
and scientific knowledge.
• Development of research activities and drawing in
young researchers to the field subject of the
conference.
• Development of new research directions by
establishing the opportunities in the field of various
Computational methods and their applications.
• Identifying the demand for research development and

CALL FOR PAPERS:
The participants for the conference are invited to submit
research paper for oral/poster presentation along with filled
in registration form. Kindly submit one page abstract printed
on an A4 size paper leaving 2.5 cm margin in all the sides.
Title (Font size 14) should be bold followed by Author’s
name(s), affiliation (font size 12) and E-mail ID (Italics &
font size 10) of the presenting author. The name of the
presenting author should be underlined. The text should
follow the title in single space with font size 12 in Times New
Roman. Key words should be placed at the bottom. Abstract
should be submitted to conference secretariat at the Email:
[email protected] as an attached file in the proper
format, not later than 5th April, 2013. Accepted abstracts
will be notified through e-mail.
Poster boards will be provided for poster presentation. Each
poster will be allotted a board space measuring 120x150 cm
(48”x60”). Drawing pins or thumb tags will be provided.
The text should be rendered with a sufficiently large font to
be legible from a distance of 1-2 meter. Graphs, Tables and
Figures may be used within the limits of the boards space
allocated.

Every person intending to participate in the conference shall
have to register by filling up the enclosed registration form.

By Cash or DD of SBI or any Nationalised Bank drawn in
favour of “PRINCIPAL, SMS GOVT. MODEL SCIENCE COLLEGE,
GWALIOR” and payable at Gwalior.
ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation shall be provided to all the participants in
University guest house on twin sharing basis. However, for
participants desiring to stay at hotels, the tariff per day for
hotels for twin sharing basis ranges from Rs. 500- Rs. 5000.
A timely request for accommodation will be of great help to
avoid any inconvenience to delegates.
For this delegates should send an email to organizing
secretary detailing their requirement and range of hotels
they prefer.
Note: Due to limited resources participants are requested to
arrange T. A. from their own Institution. However, if
requested, limited no. of participants can be considered for
partial/full reimbursement of their T. A.

ABOUT THE HOST INSTITUTIONSMS Govt. Model Science College, Gwalior (Popularly
known as Science College) is a premier Institute of higher
education and Research in Gwalior. It started its journey
towards excellence in the year 1961. During 1957-61, it was
known as Science Block of MLB College and before 1957 it
was a part of famous Victoria College which was founded in
1893. Presently College is running PG /UG programmes in
13 science streams including. Chemistry, Physics, Military
Science, Zoology, Botany, Mathematics, Biotechnology,
Micro-biology, Industrial Chemistry, Electronics, Computer
Science, Geology and BCA. The college campus is spread in
32 acres. It is recognised under Sec 2(f) & 12 B of UGC Act
1956 and was Accredited B++ by NAAC/2004. Recently,
MHRD, Govt. of India has identified this institution for
inclusion in the scheme of community college which will be
launched from June 2013.

Postgraduate Department of Chemistry and Industrial
Chemistry are known for imparting excellent education
among students of science. It is a recognized Research
centre of Jiwaji University since its inception. Department
consists of 20 highly qualified and innovative members who
are engaged in Teaching & Research.

Tomars. Raja Man Singh Tomar was the most famous ruler of
Tomar dynasty. Subsequently Gwalior was ruled by Delhi
Sultanat, Mughals and Scindias. Tansen was a gem of
Gwalior gharana.
Gwalior is well connected to all parts of the country by
rail/road; Jhansi (99km.), Agra (119km.), Lucknow (389km.),
Delhi (305km.) and Mumbai (1000 km. )
