Click New, In Compile Name,
Make a name for your compile
and add a description. Tab to
Criterion in Compile
Specifications Group and hit
Ctrl L in field.
Enter Historical Usage Valuefrom LOV. Click ok
Tab to From Date and enter a
beginning date for the period to
be counted. Now enter an
ending date, typically it will be
todays date.
Click save, and then click
Compile button. Click OK
Answer yes for Print Compile
Results.
Go to Warehouse Manager,
View, Requests, and then click
find.
Refresh Data till report is
complete, view output.
This Print out shows all theparts in the Compile in the
order usage and cost.

This shows the class into which the items need to
be classified.
Path:Warehouse Manager, Inventory
Management, ABC Analysis, ABC Assignment
Groups
On left side, in the tool bar, click on New button
(green +).
In the line created, enter the new name for your
Group.
Tab to Compile Name. From LOV find the
Compile name you created in earlier step.
Click Save, then click on Group Classes tab.
Enter classes of counts. This is where the priority
for the classes is set. Then click save when done.
X out of this screen, and then click on Assign
Items tab.Assign ABC Items page populates
In this step counts are assigned based on the
compilation criteria. (Class A, Class B.) Steps
are in sequential number and B must be greater
than A; C greater than B ect.
Click on Assign when finished. Click OK.
Warehouse Manager, View, Requests, OK, In
LOV look for ABC assignment report.In LOV find the Group you want to run the report
for.
sort option LOV find Item +, and then click OK.
Click OK again and then click submit.
Refresh data till report is finished. View output.
You have now Compiled your Parts into you ABCD
order.

Path: Warehouse Manager, Inventory Management, Counting, Cycle Counting,Cycle Counts.
Click New.
Enter a name for your cycle count. Tab to Adjustment Account.
From LOV choose Scrap-Cycle Count. Click OK, and then click OK again.
Tab to Late Days, enter 1, then click the tick boxes for unscheduled entries and
display system qty.
Click on the Serial, LPN and Schedule tab.
In the Count box LOV change to Multiple Per request. Note that all other boxes
self populate.
Click the tick box labeled Auto Schedule
In the Frequency LOV change to By Period
Check the Count Zero Quantity
Tab to (Container Option) Adjustment, from LOV change to Adjust if Possible
and in Discrepancy LOV change to Allow
Next, click on the Adjustments and ABC tab.
In the Approval Group, click on the Required box, in the LOV change to
Always. (In ABC Initialization) Group Click on Group boxCtrl L) and find your Compile group. Click OK.
In the option box LOV change to (RE) initialize.
At this point click Save. Click OK. Click on Class tab at bottom.
Cycle count classes page populates.
Here you will enter the number of times a year you want each class counted.
The counts can all be the same, but remember that these counts are generated
off the descending values report you ran in earlier steps. You want the higher
movers to be counted more often than ones that are the slowest movers.
Click Save. Notice the memo at the bottom of the screen. 4 records applied andsaved.

Hit F11 on you keyboard
Then Ctrl F11 on your keyboard at the same time, Cycle counts
populates, click the blue tick beside yours
Click on Tools in tool bar, and got to Perform Full Cycle Count.
Perform Full Cycle Count Screen Populates. (Ctrl L) in Parameters
Field
Enter in All Cycle Counts Field [NO]. (Ctrl L) in Cycle count name
Field and find your Cycle count name. Enter in Included Control
Items Field [NO]. Click OK.
(Ctrl L) in Generate Cycle Count Request Parameters Field. All
Cycle Counts Field [NO]. Enter your cycle count name.
Next Step is (Ctrl L) in Cycle Count Listing parameter field.
Enter your cycle count name, tab to Sub inventory, enter STWH this
is GSMs warehouse). Just for training, enter yes in Display
Onhand Quantities, click OK
Click Submit. Hit Ok. Exit out or screen and return to main page
Path: Warehouse Manager, Reports, ABC and Counting. Submit a
new request page populates
Click OK.
(Ctrl L) in Name Field and run Cycle Count Open Requests Listings.
(Ctrl L) in Cycle count name and find your cycle count name. Click
OK then click submit,
Click no for submit another report pop-up. Exit to main screen
Path: View, Requests, and then click find.Highlight your report and click view output.
Print this report for your records.
*Note* this report is best viewed in Landscape to prevent cutting off
the right side.

count requests and for Cycle Count
listing
Note: to display on hand quantities
select Yes in the appropriate field

window Go to the name field and Ctrl L
from the LOV choose Cycle Count

Cycle count name. click ok

View > Requests > Find
Check that the reports have completed
running.
