Thank you for choosing Online Enrollment!
This presentation will walk you through the Online Enrollment process.

Your group will be able to get immediate confirmation of coverage. You will receive an email every time your groups purchase
coverage online. Less paperwork for you! All information is transmitted
electronically. There’s no need for you to send Seven Corners a census.
Your groups enter their members directly into our system so there is no delay.
Last minute travelers can enroll and print an ID card immediately! Even when enrolling several people at once you can assign
different start/end dates!

Ready to begin?
Log into the system using the following web address:

Enter the Group Code given to you.

Enter in the basic Information for the group.

Click on “Change All” to choose the default coverage.

Choose the Coverage option for your group and hit “Submit”.
You will be able to change coverage on a single unit later.

Scroll down to add your members
Add Member information. You can also change the coverage dates for the unit if necessary.

When you are done adding the
members, click “Continue”
at the bottom of the page.

Now, you will see all members of your group and the premium total.

Payment Information
Continue to the next screen to choose payment information.
Choose to pay by Invoice, Check or credit card
To pay by invoice, groups must get an Invoice Password from the agent.

Paying by Invoice
When paying by invoice, the group will be asked to enter the Full name that appears on the check, the phone number and an email address.
Don’t forget to check this box!!

Paying by Credit Card
When paying by Credit Card, groups will be asked to enter the Card Type, Credit Card Number, Expiration Date, Phone Number, Name on Card, Credit Card Billing Address and the email address.

Confirmation Page
Click “Purchase Quote” at the bottom of the page and you will see the confirmation page.
From this screen, you can view the Virtual ID Cards and the Program Summary.

Check the “Select All” Box and click “Print Now” to print your Virtual ID Cards

Group Completed
Immediately upon purchasing the coverage, the ID Cards will be emailed to the address given at the time of payment. If there are any changes (dates, spelling errors or coverage options), please email [email protected] as soon as possible.
