The inception of a saga
It all started more than three decades back. 34 years to be precise. We at Prathamesh
Constructions were resolute to do something worthwhile. Something that would inspire the
progressive families lead a life of dignity with a sense of pride.
And the idea of building landmark projects captured our imagination. The year was 1980.
When Shri. Madhav kulkarni founded Shriram Builders with his elder brother, Shri. Dinkar
Kulkarni. Since then it has been a momentous journey of achievements, joy and rewarding
relationships with our customers. In 2002, the vision of Mr. Madhav Kulkarni and his son Mr.
Chaitanya Kulkarni came into existence as Prathamesh Constructions. The company ventured
into prestigious residential projects and commercial developments too. A few of them were
accomplished as the sense of social responsibility. Notable is the Pendharkar College, a
construction spread across one lakh square feet at Dombivali, established by the founder-
director of VICCO Laboratories. These achievements fueled our passion to excel and since
then it is no looking back.
