Mr. Marvin D. Young
Mr. Marvin DeJon Young was the beloved, youngest
son of Mrs. Elnora Palmer Young and the late Mr.
Joseph Young, Sr. He was born on January 3, 1972 in
Winnsboro, SC and he fell asleep in death on Saturday,
September 3, 2016.
Marvin graduated from Fairfield Central High School
in the Class of 1990. As an energetic young man,
Marvin started and operated his own business,
Westside Wheels and Detailing.
Those left to cherish fond memories are his mother,
Mrs. Elnora Young; two brothers, Mr. Joseph “Chip”
(Bessie) Young and Mr. Brigham Carlton “B.C.”
(Wendy) Young; three children, Miss DeVon Young,
Miss DeShondra Young and Mr. Jalen Young; two
uncles, Mr. Charles Young and Mr. Amos Palmer; one
aunt, Mrs. Angie Young; four nieces, one nephew,
three great-nieces and one great-nephew; and a host of
other loving relatives and friends.

death will be no more, neither will mourning nor
outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have

resurrection of both the righteous and the
unrighteous.” Acts 24:15
“Jehovah is close to the brokenhearted; He saves
those who are crushed in spirit”. Psalm 34:18
