Thereafter, each month, the participating employee makes a standardized contribution to his/her WT in an amount pre-set by WT in accordance with rules of the WT. These contributions are deemed to be on a pre-tax basis and excluded from taxable income within the IRS Section 125 Rules.

The employee’s income subject to payroll taxes is reduced and the WT reduces the payroll tax obligations of the employee and employer. The result is an average savings of $500 per employee annually.
