a-LiFE2 is designed to assure high pressure also with pressuredrops due to complex ducts. They come with six different fanspeeds. A particular care has been reserved to the configurationsof the three fan speeds cabled by the manufacturer.The other three fan speeds can be cabled on site.
The graphs on the following pages show the useful head or work-ing pressures in relation to the air flow and the fan speed.

LIFE2 BOX
Kit composed by formwork, cover panel, frame and manual flap.
All components are in galvanised steel varnished finish. Life2
Box is placed in the wall niche arranging in advance hydraulic
connections. At work finished the fan-coil is positionate inside
the structure.
Main coil 2-way valve unit 1/2" and 3/4" kit
Kit with copper fittings and electromechanical actuator (oN-
off) 230V, PWM, 0-10V and suitable for 2-pipe systems.
This kit may be used to stop the flow of water of the main coil in
the fan coils. The electromechanical actuator is NC.
Additional coil 2-way valve unit 1/2" kit
Kit with copper fittings and electromechanical actuator (oN-
off) 230V, PWM, 0-10V and suitable for 4-pipe systems.
This kit may be used to stop the flow of water of the additional
coil in the fan coils. The electromechanical actuator is NC.
Main coil 3-way valve unit with by-pass way (4 idraulic con-
nections) 1/2" and 3/4” kit
Kit with copper fittings and electromechanical actuator (oN-

The additional hot water 1 row is installed on top of the main

necessary to installation separate from the wall. The user can
not access to the terminal block.
Horizontal Fan Coil auxiliary tray
Made in thermoplastic material, this tray collects the conden-
sate that forms during summer operation. The kit is suitable for
horizontal fan coil installations.
Vertical Fan Coil auxiliary tray
Made from insulated galvanised sheet metal, this pan collects
the condensate that forms during cooling operation.
Interface SPB kit
The SPB interface kit is used for multiple connection of hydronic
terminal units, which may be managed with a single control. for
correct installation, install an SPB interface on every terminal
unit.
Hose kit
The hose kit is a manifold coupling for connecting the fan coil to
the main water system.
Air intake grid with filter
Grid with simple filter removal in order to easify cleaning main-
tenance without access directly to the fan coil installed into the
duct.
Air outlet grid
Grid with orientable louvers for installation in ducted system.
Manual damper kit for fresh air intake.
This kit is used to control the external fresh air that is put into
the room. The quantity of air put into the room varies from 0 to
approx. 30% of the volume handled by the fan coil.
Motor drive for external air intake lock
Motor drive for automatic adjustment of the fresh air intake lock
or damper.
Air intake grille for enclosed versions
Used to mask the lower part of the fan coil.

LiFE2 BoX is a wall-mounted accessory that allows users to pre-pare the fan coil water and electrical connections in advance. The fan coil is fitted inside the structure when the work has beencompleted, thus simplifying the operations to be performed onsite.
• The kit consists of a galvanised sheet metal structure, frontclosing panel and frame with manually adjustable flap. The kit isavailable in the galvanised sheet metal version and the coatedversion (RAL9010).
• LiFE2 BoX can house LiFE2 fan- coils, DLi version: low airinlet, vertical outlet. it is available for sizes 102÷602 - 104÷604.

Remove the transformer and the terminal block and reposition them on the opposite side.
If the controller is installed on the unit, remove the controller complete with fastening bracket.
If the room temperature probe cable is not long enough, move the room temperature probe to the opposite side.
INSTRUcTIoNS To MoVE ThE MAIN coIL FRoM LEFT To RIGhT oN VERTIcAL FAN coILS
A. Unscrew the 4 x Ø 3.9x9.5 screwsB. Remove the panel in the direction indicated by the arrow “2”. Unscrew the 4 x Ø 3.9x9.5 screws “3” that support the coil from the
left and right shoulders.c. slightly tilt the coil in the direction indicated by the arrow “4” and move it away from the left shoulder in the direction indicated by
arrow “5”.Press the catch that holds the funnel “6” to release it.
d. Move the coil from pos. 7 to pos. 8.E. open the knock-outs on the opposite shoulder “9”. insert the coil at an angle, as shown in the figure “10”, inserting the water con-
nections through the openings made.F. Tighten the 4 x Ø 3.9x9.5 screws in the holes aligning the shoulder - coil bracket “11”, on the right and left shoulders.
Remove the knock-out “12” and insert the funnel, making sure it is secured in place.G. Reposition the panel “13” and tighten the 4 x Ø 3.9x9.5 screws “14”.h. Use closed-cell insulation to cover in the holes left open on the left shoulder “15”.

To invert the position of the coil, follow the previous instructions, swapping the references to the right shoulder and left shoulder.

The fan coil comes fully wired and only requires:
- Connecting to the mains electricity supply and to any room
control.
It is also recommended to check that:
- The characteristics of the mains electricity supply are suitable
for the input indicated in the table below, which (with maxi-
mum values) should serve for sizing both the circuit breakers
and the power cables (any other appliances working in paral-
lel should also be taken into consideration).
- The supply voltage corresponds to the rated value +/- 10%.
The following is compulsory:
Installation near the appliance of a delayed-action single-
pole linked magnetothermal circuit breaker, padlockable,
line isolating switch, in compliance with CEI-EN standards
(contact separation of at least 3 mm).
