Argo di mosto is fermented and aged in the first barrel of the balsamic produc�on for
2-3 years. The balsamic s�ll has a good bit of the sugars that it started with, but also
has started to develop some of the tanginess that you would expect in an older
balsamic. It is excellent on just everything, as well as on its own!

Aged for 12 years, our Red Seal Balsamic has a complex taste and a thick, syrup

Aged for 20 years, our Silver Seal Balsamic is rich, thick as molasses and sweet with a

Essenza is aged between 5-7 years in

Saba is cooked over an open fire, the
grape sugars caramelize & the flavors
concentrate. It has a refreshing flavor
and thick consistency — sweet to the
taste, but no acidic bite. Expect a
raisin like, caramel flavor that is great
over ice cream, to sweeten breads/
cookies, with fresh fruits & cheeses,
