Atlantic City Weekly, (originally Whoot!) is a free newspaper based in Atlantic City since 1974. In January 2000, Whoot! became part of Review Publishing and was relaunched as Atlantic City Weekly in February of 2003. Atlantic City Weekly is the source for what’s happening in South Jersey. Published every Thursday, with an annual circulation of 1.8 million, it covers entertainment, casinos, dining, real estate, sports, movies, nightlife, gambling, news and photos of the Jersey Shore scene.
PW was established in 1971. It has the largest circulation of any weekly newspaper in Pennsylvania, and its reach encompasses nearly 2,000 distribution points in 10 counties, including more than 680 high-profile yel-low boxes in prominent locations. PW focuses on news, arts, entertainment and opinion in the Philadelphia area. It targets a well-defined, younger, urban-oriented readership that is well-educated, affluent and profes-sional. The circulation is approximately 105,500 per week.
South Philly Review is a Philadelphia institution. Published every Thursday since 1948, the Review has been recognized as Philadelphia’s best-edited community newspaper by the Philadelphia Press Association and has been the recipient of numerous awards from the Pennsylvania Newspaper Association. Each week 64,000 copies are circulated door-to-door to South Philadelphians. 78.5% of readers indicate they never miss a single issue. According to the Media Audit Report monthly cume readership totals 268,500.

• All files should be in a digital format, MAC preferable.
• Acceptable file formats for ads include: PDF (preferred), InDesign, Photoshop or Illustrator - CS2 version or earlier only.
• ALL art files (i.e. photos, clip art, etc.) should be saved as TIFF or EPS.
• Please avoid sending camera-ready advertising in a JPEG or GIF (or any other web-based) format due to press resolution requirements.
• We cannot use design files created/saved in Quark Xpress, Microsoft Publisher, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, WordPerfect, HTML.
• Transfer media: CD-R, DVD-R, E-mail or through our FTP site (see info below).
• If you are sending the raw file from InDesign, convert ALL text to outlines before saving and include artwork, OR collect ALL printer/screen fonts (no True Type or Multiple Master fonts) and artwork, and package together/compress if necessary.
• Color ads must be separated for process color (CMYK) - No RGB, LAB, INDEX, NON-CMYK PANTONE colors (all Pantones MUST be separated).
• If you are running a color ad, please supply a match proof.
• We print on a 100-line screen (lpi).
• Resolution should be minimum 200 dpi. Images should be scanned at the size (at a mini-mum) they are to be printed. Line art should be minimum 1200 dpi.
• Grey screens should not fall below 20%
• Our dot gain is 30% midtone dot gain. Maximum black separation is 85%. Total ink limit is 240%.
• ALL ads must have a border around them with a minimum of .5 point size.
• Materials can be uploaded to our FTP site. Please contact us if you are interested in this option for login details. We also accept ads through some third party online transfer clients (i.e. ApAdsend, etc.). Please contact us concerning these options as well.
