Inventory Refreshed Monthly during Open Period Open Period – 1st through the 7th
Offerors enter/change/update their offer or profile ONLY during the Open Period
Offers Carry Forward Month to Month Unless: Modified or Deleted by Offeror RLP is Replaced by the AAAP staff
GSA initiates the procurement after the Open Period
The AAAP identifies the lessors that meet the requirement
GSA conducts due diligence to ensure requirements are met by the selected offeror
Rates/Terms submitted by Offeror: Base Rate, Base Year Operating Costs APR for tenant improvements (Up to $35.07/ABOA
and over $35.07 / ABOA) HVAC Overtime Rate, Daytime Cleaning Rate Concessions, Number of months free rent (if any) Broker Commission Rebate (if any)
GSA calculates a NET PRESENT VALUE (NPV). That NPV is then compared to the NPVs of the other offers to determine the lowest cost option to the Government
