RECOMMENDATIONS
• RFP for cadastral resurvey project under NLRMP should be made on an approved template so as to keep a rational approach.
• Empanelment of technical capable companies should be carried out on rated basis.
• Either the estimated cost should be given in the RFQ or the cost should be finalized on a rate contract basis involving all stakeholders.
• Allotment of the job can be carried out based on the rated empanelment.
