• CHOOSE YOUR ASSISTANTS TO MAN STATION # 1, 2, AND 3
• SET UP YOUR MEETING PLACE SO IT APPEALS TO THE PARTICIPANT AS SHE ENTERS

ROOM SET UP: STANTION # 1
• PLACE STANTION 1 BANNER NEAR THE ENTRANCE
• PLACE A TABLE NEAR THE BANNER WITH SIGN IN SHEET, BODY COMPOSITION SHEET, AND WORKBOOKS
• STANTION 1 ASSISTANT WILL GREET PEOPLE, INTRODUCE HERSELF AND DIRECT THEM TO FILL OUT ANY FORMS SUCH AS REGISTRATION FORMS, COLLECT MONEY, AND DIRECT THEM TOWARD STATION # 2
ROOM SET UP: STANTION # 2 • THIS STATION NEEDS TO BE A FAIR DISTANCE FROM SEATING AREA AND
GREETING AREA FOR UTMOST PRIVACY.
• HAVE A CLIPBOARD AND SMALL TABLE OR STAND WITH TAPE MEASURE.
• CLEARLY LET THE PARTICIPANT KNOW THAT YOU WILL BE MEASURING 6 AREAS. ASK THEM IF THIS IS OK.
• THIS IS THEIR PRIVATE SPACE SO LET THEM HOLD THE TAPE MEASURE AND WALK AROUND THEM.
• INACCURATE MEASURING WILL SURELY DETER A PERSONS MOTIVATION AND SUCCESS SO TAKE YOUR TIME AND MAKE SURE THE TAPE MEASURE IS AT THE RIGHT HEIGHT AND IS SNUG.
• NEVER, NEVER SAY THEIR MEASUREMENTS OUT LOUD
• ONCE YOU HAVE SUCCESSFULLY DONE ALL 6 MEASUREMENTS AND WRITTEN THEM DOWN ON THE BODY COMPOSITION FORM, DIRECT THEM TO STATION 3.
ROOM SET UP: STATION # 3 • DIRECT THE PARTICIPANT TO TAKE OFF THEIR SHOES AND SOCKS AND ROLL UP
PANTS LEGS
• MAKE SURE THE SCALE HAS BEEN SANITIZED
• INPUT ALL NECESSARY ELEMENTS SUCH AS AGE , SEX, HEIGHT AND ACTIVITY LEVEL
• WHEN SCALE ZEROS AS THEM TO STEP ON
• THE WEIGHT WILL COME UP FIRST AND THEN BODY FAT %. AFTER THE BEEP ASK THEM TO STEP OFF
• USING THE ARROW BUTTON GO THROUGH ALL THE NUMBERS TWICE WRITING THEM CORRECTLY ON THE FORM
• DIRECT THEM TO RETURN TO THEIR SEATS AND WRITE THE INFORMATION IN THE BACK OF THEIR WORKBOOK
• TELL THEM THAT ONCE IT IS ENTERED IN THEIR WORKBOOKS, THEY MAY TURN IN THE FORM AT THE SMOOTHIE STATION AND RECEIVE THEIR SMOOTHIE.

Point #1: Start with Yourself!
• Begin the Module #1 for yourself about 1-2 weeks before your class
• (Essential Meal plan, Water, Shakes, Exercise)
• Study the Module #1 like you are a participant
• Go through Coach’s Manual and the Module #1 as the coach
• Prepare your heart and mind to give your best to your participants
Point #2: Communication
• Get everyone on a group email list
• Send everyone the First 7 days of Group Emails
• Ask them to reply to you to make sure their email is working
• Start a Facebook Group Page • Consider auto response emails
(one/day, starting one week before 1st class)
• Listwire.com (It’s Free!) • Consider Pinterest too…it can be
connected to Facebook
Point #3: Send the First 7 days of Group Emails (7 days before the first class!)
• Day #1…a personalized intro letter (Encouraging and Fun!)
• Day #2…Since they most likely won’t have their manual, send the PPP of the

Module #1 Invitations – Just in Case!
• InForm Assessment - to bring to first class. (IN.FORM DVD)
• You won’t have time to go through these in the 1st class.
Day #4…Information Regarding the BioTracker
• They need to know that the best reading for the BioTracker is right before their evening meal.
• So ask them to not eat before getting to the evening meeting. (A shake will be provided after they weigh in!)
• They will need to be barefoot on the scale.
• Also, wear thinner clothing for the measurements.
• And, wear the same type of outfit each week.
Day #5…Competition Information
• Weekly I have cool beaded bracelets that someone got to wear all week based not only on weigh in/measurements but also on effort, etc..
• Throughout 13 weeks Drawings with local business donations and my services
• At the party on week 13 • 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes based on
scale/measurements. I gave them my services as prizes
• because that is what I could afford and I am promoting my business.

Day #6…Gear them up for the big picture:
• Essential meal plan, shakes, water, exercise, group accountability, individualized coaching and supplementation.
Day #7…A fun, encouraging email.
• Also, bring their filled out assessment form to hand in, a pen, a notebook and remind them about wearing thin clothing and barefoot on the scale.
