Case
• 62 year old female with history of high BP and
cholesterol has chest pain after starting a
hike. She states that it is a pressure in the
center of her chest which radiates into his
right shoulder.
Case
• 35 yo male caught a front point on his pant leg
while on a glacier tour, stumbled and slid into
15’ crevasse. He is now complaining of
moderate back pain. No neurological deficits.

• 15 yo male twisted his ankle while hiking with
his parents. Although he has moderate pain,
swelling and bruising over his left lateral
ankle, he is becoming increasingly agitated,
short of breath and is now wheezing on
