OverviewOverview
ICONICS Alarm Analytics uses standard templates to turn raw data into your competitive advantage!
15 Powerful Reports will enable you to know about:• Plant Efficiency• Machine Downtime• Most Frequent or Longest Duration Alarms• Root Cause Analysis• Operator Response Times and Interactions
The greatest benefit:• If you can pinpoint the source of your problems
you can save lots of money!
I’ve been collecting Alarm and Event information for years and need a way to finally make use of it
I don’t want to become a software company and develop or maintain a custom-coded solution
I want to learn what’s affecting productivity
I need to have, or provide, access to Alarm Reports remotely through our corporate Portal
I need to comply with EEMUA / OSHA standards
Why would I need Alarm Analytics?
Analyzes your data to help increase profitability, highlighting inefficiencies & problem sources in your process• Includes reports to analyze Alarm and Event
information such as:- Alarms by Priority- Alarm Frequency- Cross-Correlation of Alarms- Operator Response Time- Peak Alarm Rate Distribution
