FACILITY BRIEF The Raidon Tactics Inc. training facility is 1200 acres in size, located just 19 minutes from Ft. Bragg NC in Bunnlevel NC. The facility is located minutes away from the city of Fayetteville NC and Lillington NC. Both of which have all the lodging, restaurants and entertainment a student needs during our training courses. Flying into the area is easy with RDU and FAY airports 45 Minutes away. Our facility is composed of both rolling hills with open fields and densely forested areas that provide the best training in the South Eastern US. The facility was a working farm in the past and the buildings and support structures are just like that found in the “Real World”. There are no sterilized search areas, no fake props, just what you would find when conducting operations in a third world country. The facility supports many types of training for units to participate in. Small Unit Tactics and Land Navigation Training; With the capacity and terrain to use, our cadre has the resources needed to conduct Small Unit Tactics training with no restrictions to space. Multiple water sources for conducting River/water crossings, roads to support training and danger areas, trails for Ambush training, objectives for Recons and Raids to be conducted and also OPFOR and live animals to add realism to the objectives.
Sniper and Designated Marksmen Training: Our sniper training areas are unknown in distance out to 1600 yds with stalking lanes, High-Angle Shooting areas, Urban Shooting Positions, Sniper Integration Live Fire Training for scenario based support by fire positions and more. Scenario Based Training: The need for realistic training objectives is the highest it has been for units training to go overseas in the past years. Our training facility meets and exceeds that need. Although it is not in a desert environment, it meets all the training objectives for
tactical units to conduct realistic scenario based training. With over thirty structures on the site, the “village” is a Platoon size objective with multiple hiding places and defensive positions for an OPFOR to defend for the best scenario based training you can receive.
4
Need to conduct a HELO infiltration? Our facility supports that as well, we can even supply the aircraft. There are no fake props, no sanitized or sterilized areas. The buildings contain the actual items for farming and working. From tractors, animals and filth that can only be found in real combat zones, this objective challenges the Warrior to use all of his tools of the trade and skill to accomplish his mission and learn from his mistakes. Multiple Full Mission Profile scenario based training exercises can be and are conducted at our facility
monthly. For example: Sensitive Site Exploitation (SSE) Training: The use of realistic working objectives leads to problems encountered in the “Real World” by the student that faces “contaminated” specimens or false positives or negatives in testing of substances and encourages the student to think outside the box in dealing with such problems.
Tagging, Tracking, Locating (TTL) Training: For Over the Horizon (OTH) TTL training there is no better place, this rural area is close to two urban cities and is perfect for OTH surveillance and emplacement training missions. Using our “Crack House” we can set up a realistic location with our role players and make it almost impossible to infiltrate, challenging even the most seasoned Warrior or as easy as needed for initial training
on Tactics, Techniques and Procedures. Vehicle Interdiction Training: There are miles of unimproved dirt roads and paved roads for vehicular interception training, off road driver training and rally driving.
5
Our training facility has multiple training areas. Live fire range training is conducted at our range just minutes away with no zoning restrictions to size and number of weapons, or even the time of day. We are able to conduct day and night live fire training. There are three classrooms with multimedia
presentation capability able to seat from 10 to 50 students for classroom presentations. There are 3 R.A.I.D. Tactical Live Fire Bays and a 100M zero range. There are two shoot houses. One is configured as a real home for use with live role players and UTM or Airsoft training and the other is a 8-room 360 degree ballistic live fire Shoothouse. For Hand to hand Combat training there is a Dojo training area for 20 students with all necessary training aids and safety gear. This training area is currently being used by the world famous Dog Brothers Martial Arts as its east Coast Training facility for DOD training contracts. Our hand-to-hand combat instructors are current SOCP instructors and are Raidon Tactics Inc. sponsored MMA fighters.
Our Tactical Combat Casualty Care Medical training area and Live Tissue Training area are completely secluded from the public with an NPO pen separate from the training area for preparation of models and full Vet support if needed. A tabletop training area for 30 students, with an area available for classroom training that opens directly to the LTT area for complete seclusion, isolation and security is available. Our Medical Instructors are former 18D Special Forces Medics and some teach at the Joint Special Operations Training Center at Ft. Bragg NC. Our trainers provide realistic moulage preparation of live role players that are under strict control of our instructors for the best and most realistic feedback available to our medical students.
6
For both Rally and Off-Road driver training our 1200 acres facility is used. With over 5 miles of Rally driving area, the student is able to exercise all components of vehicle dynamics and recovery from emergency driving situations. Our off road obstacle course teaches the basic tasks needed to drive thru or around any obstacle using brake throttle modulation techniques. Our off road and rally training area also lends itself to self-recovery drills, bail out under fire drills and Battle Damage Assessment and Repair (BDAR) skills along with overland mobility training conducted in the Sandhills Game lands area. Our training facility is able to meet the high standards of training and exercise support needed to give the best and most realistic training in the world.
Our 26-acre K-9 Training facility just outside Augusta Ga. has open to closed wooded areas that are perfect for K-9 training. Our kennels house up to 20 K-9s at a time. Our indoor detection facility has training walls, boxes and cargo mock ups for all types of detection work from explosives to drugs. Our facility allows maximum use of space for running, tracking and other training as it borders BLM land that is useable for over 200 acres. Not to mention our 1000-acre facility allows use for exercises and training of tracking and final training in real world conditions utilizing real training aides for detection with all the real world distractions that can be encountered.

MEDICAL 2 Day Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) Refresher Course
($750 per student)
5 Day TCCC Course ($1250 per student)
TCCC is the standard of care for the tactical management of combat casualties within the
Department of Defense and is the sole standard of care dually endorsed by both the American
College of Surgeons and the National Association of EMT’s for casualty management in tactical
environments. TCCC is built around three definitive phases of casualty care:
Care Under Fire:
Care rendered at the scene of the injury while both the medic and the casualty are under hostile
fire. Available medical equipment is limited to that carried by each Warfighter and the medic.
Tactical Field Care:
Rendered once the casualty is no longer under hostile fire. Medical equipment is still limited to
that carried into the field by mission personnel. Time prior to evacuation may range from a few
minutes to many hours.
Tactical Evacuation Care (TACEVAC):
Rendered while the casualty is evacuated to a higher echelon of care. Any additional personnel
and medical equipment pre-staged in these assets will be available during this phase.
These courses cover the Care under fire and Tactical Field care phases for soldiers that are
isolated or in small units away from medical assistance, using small bags that have minimal
equipment. The Warfighter will learn these techniques in a classroom setting and then apply the
techniques in a realistic stressful combat force on force setting on moulage patients or Live
Human Models. The student will learn each piece of medical gear in his IFAK bag and its use in
the real world. These courses utilize multiple scenarios in Mounted/Dismounted, Day/Night,
Rural/Urban situations that train and test the skills in saving the lives of his fellow Warfighters.

This 48-hour course will cover the entire spectrum of Tactical Combat Casualty Care principles and teach the tactical non-medical operator to perform appropriate medical care skills in
hostile and austere conditions. This course exceeds the curriculum of both the US Army’s Combat Lifesaver and Combat Medic Advanced Skills Training courses. SKILLS TAUGHT -M.A.R.C.H pt. survey
-Wounding patterns seen in tactical operations -Care priorities during the care under fire, tactical field care, and casualty evacuation phases -Hemorrhage control options - tourniquets, wound packing, and COMBAT Gauze dressings -Airway management positioning, airway adjuncts (nasal pharyngeal, King LT), surgical airways (All performed on porcine model for realism non-live tissue) -Management of penetrating chest trauma - needle decompression, occlusive dressings (performed on porcine model for realism non-live tissue)) --Casualty movement - manual carries, drags, evacuation with Talon II and Skedco litters -Role of pain management and antibiotics in a tactical environment
Because this is an All Combatants personnel training module some medical treatments are not covered. This is in response to directed protocols from the DOD, AMEDD and Navy Bureau of Medicine. The Warfighter will learn these techniques in a classroom setting and then apply the techniques in a realistic stressful combat force on force setting on moulage patients. The student will learn each piece of medical gear in his IFAK bag and understand its whole use. Each student will also use multipurpose items and learn “ditch medicine” along with improvised medical items. These courses utilize multiple scenarios in Mounted/Dismounted, Day/Night, Rural/Urban situations that train and test the Warfighters skills in saving the lives of his fellow Warfighters. Raidon Tactics shall provide weapons and UTM for realistic Scenario based training.

3 Day COMBAT MEDIC COURSE ($1250 per student)
This course was developed because of the lack of qualified combat medic instruction in the training world. This
course is taught by 18 Deltas (Special Forces Medics) that have combat experience as a combat medic. This course
is actually not a medical training course. It is a “being a medic in combat” course. The way a medic carries his gear,
his weapon and does his or her job is totally different than anyone else on the battle field. The typical instruction for
Medics as far as shooting, moving and communicating goes is taught by an infantryman or the like. This course is
taught to enhance the medical skills a medic already has, but concentrates on the combat fighting aspect of his job.
Let’s face it, the enemy does not care if you have a red cross on your shoulder or not. He will still try to kill you.
This course of instruction leads off with firearms training and moves quickly to live fire in close proximity to
patients while conducting medical tasks. This course is three days in length. It requires all students to be in good
physical condition, be able to carry your body weight at least 100 meters with all of your combat gear on.

environments. Ambush, Raid and Reconnaissance Missions are conducted in both day and Night time.
The students will stay in the field under combat conditions with OpFor Role Players if wanted/needed
The Command and Structure of the Infantry Unit or Special Operations Unit will be utilized to understand
the “how” your unit will best integrate into the larger unit. This course is the perfect train up for those
personnel that have never stayed in the field with new equipment. It is the first three days of any field
problem that non-Infantry personnel have the most difficulty with. This course also teaches best practices
for in the field living. Not only how to move quietly but also teaches the basic skills for Camouflage,
Stealthy movement and learning how to use NVG’s and other gear not normally used. The use of Land
Navigation techniques with a MAP and COMPASS are used for remedial training of a very important
skill. This course is conducted in both the classroom and out in the field mush like the US Army Ranger
School is conducted, but, with mentorship and coaching. There is no “wash-out” factor to deal with. The
students are put into different positions so that they can see what the different responsibilities are for each
leadership position along with supporting those in leadership positions. The duration of the courses are
different so that a unit may use it as a refresher or initial training, what ever works best for the unit.

INDIVIDUAL OFFICER AND TEAM
SURVIVABILITY COURSES
INDIVIDUAL MANEUVER COURSE This course introduces the principles and fundamentals of individual movement under fire. When Police and First responders enter into an area that is controlled by hostile fire that area is now considered non-permissive. The movement of the Officer has to be in such a way that it reduces the Officer’s or First Responders chances of getting injured or killed in the Ambush. This course begins with movement techniques under fire in open areas then moves on to vehicular bailout, use of cover in and around vehicles, use of cover in buildings and other structures. The recent attacks in Dallas and other places against Police Officers have shown a real need for this training. Single assailants are ambushing Officers and defeating them in simple maneuver tactics. This course is the initial answer to this problem. This course is not designed for the SWAT officer only. It is designed for all Patrol Officers and First Responders, that find themselves in situations where gunfire can hit them. This course utilizes both UTM and Live Fire training. All students must be in good physical condition, and have their department personal protection equipment. This is a one-day course.
SWAT TEAM MANEUVER AND TACTICS COURSE This course is designed for the SWAT Team that finds itself moving to or under fire in an ambush or barricaded suspects situations. Most hostile fire situations that the Police SWAT team find themselves in are just like a Direct Action Mission for the Military. The real difference is the “enemy” for the military are suspects for the Police. This course does not cover the legal aspects of the Firefight. That is a Rules of Engagement course. This course focuses on the principles and fundamentals of individual and Team movement, coordinated fire support and communications during the engagement. This course is very similar to our Small Unit Tactics Courses for our DOD clients. This course utilizes UTM/ Simmunitions as part of the course. With Force on Force maneuver and scenarios in both day and Night time. All students must be in good physical condition and have all issued team gear with them. This course dovetails into the Intro and Advanced CQB Course available also. This course is 3-5 days in length depending on Department training requirements. SKILLS TAUGHT Principles of Patrolling Fundamentals of individual and Team Movement Bounding Overwatch Travelling Overwatch Formations and Order of Movement Movement in Rural /forested areas Movements in Urban Areas Movement under fire Command and Control of Maneuver units Conduct of Reconnaissance Operations Conduct of Raid Operations Immediate Action Drills Withdrawal maneuvers

ACTIVE SHOOTER COURSE Our active shooter course is focused on the initial response of the officers that arrive first and the integration of other officers and SWAT assets as they arrive on scene. The particular scenarios of schools, hospitals and other large facilities are always a challenge to the small departments that have minimal full time SWAT Team members. This course allows the Department to utilize all Patrol Officers, First Responders and others as needed. It will cover fundamentals and principles of Single Officer Room Clearing techniques for the initial foothold into the shooting scene. The Officer that arrives first must be able to move as a single person to the gunfire. The same techniques used in CQB are not applicable to this technique and will in fact get the Officer killed or injured. Our technique for Single officer clearing are well developed and a hybrid of US and Israeli Clearing techniques. These techniques are also perfect for when an Officer has to clear an area for burglar alarm calls or other dwellings for searching operations. The integration of other arriving Officers calls for a change in the tactics and techniques used to accommodate the entire crisis area and secure the scene for all other tasks that need to be completed. This course is not designed for a specific venue. It is designed for all venues whether small or large or type. Concentrating on the Principles and Fundamentals of the active shooter situation allows the Department to apply all of its resources before it starts. This course is 7 days long at our facility. It may be longer or shorter for our Mobile Training Team deployments based on local facilities and assets. This course is the initial response of the officers in the engagement portion. This course does not teach post engagement operations involving media and other State/ Federal agency assets. Skills Taught Crisis Action Planning Individual Officer Clearing Techniques Integration of Follow on Assets Marking and Securing of Cleared Areas Two Man Clearing Techniques Four Man Clearing Techniques Multiple Team Clearing Techniques Establishing Command and Control Combined Casualty Collection Points Integration of Medical Assets on Scene Crisis Containment Areas for evacuees
