PROPERTY OVERVIEW Situated steps away from legendary Waikiki Beach with sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean andiconic Diamond Head, the 839-room hotel is known as one of Oahu’s top destinations for Waikikiaccommodations. Highgate Hotels has completed an extensive $115 million plus renovationand rebranding that has completely transformed the property. The rebranded ‘Alohilani Resort is now positioned as one of the premiere luxury hotel properties in Waikiki.
The redevelopment includes a 15,000 sq ft Momosan Sake & Ramen and Morimoto Asiaby Chef Masaharu Morimoto, a 6,000 sq ft fitness and spa club and 10,000 sq ft of curatedluxury retail shops. The property renovation is reaching its final stage with a formalrelaunch in Spring 2018.
