Andrew R. Brehm is a litigator who focuses his practiceon a broad range of legal issues for clients in thetransportation and recreation industries. Mr. Brehmlitigates a variety of disputes including those involvingcatastrophic injury, disfigurement and wrongful death,commercial contracts, and construction defects. Mr.Brehm also represents clients on labor employmentrelated issues in class action and FLSA collective actioncases. Mr. Brehm’s complex litigation work frequentlyinvolves litigation that addresses independent contractorissues and other labor and employment issues impactingthe transportation industry.

PROFILE

Mr. Brehm is actively involved in the various local andregional bar associations. Prior to joining Scopelitis.Garvin, Light, Hanson & Feary, Mr. Brehm spent twoyears as a judicial clerk for The Honorable Rebecca F.Dallet and the Honorable Christopher R. Foley of theMilwaukee County Circuit Court. While in law school,Mr. Brehm’s note on private property rights in outer spacewas selected for publication by the Wisconsin International Law Journal. Mr. Brehm served asmanaging editor for the law journal.
