Angela Gucwa began her fellowship in July 2012 and will complete her training and graduate in June 2014. After graduating from her vascular surgery residency, Angela Gucwa will be board eligible in the field of vascular surgery. During her time as a vascular surgery fellow, Angela Gucwa has continued to write scientific articles about her work.

By remaining at the Medical College of Georgia for her surgical residency, Angela Gucwa was also able to help others pursue that dream by working as an instructor for both Phase I and Phase III medical students in general surgery during the 2008-2009 school year.
