Good.. We all know! A strong feeling of annoyance, displeasure,
of hostility An emotional state Distorted thinking Etc
When we are Angry….
Hate Blame Take revenge Distrust Frustration Irritability Jealousy & Negative thoughts Etc….
Out come of anger Stress High blood pressure Relationship getting spoiled We hurt innocent people Harmful for our Memory
Does everybody experience anger?
Everybody gets angry. That is okay. you're going to feel how you feel. BUT :how you act is up to you and that matters, because how you act leads to consequences ()
Why manage anger ? Anger is not usually a good solution to
problems, even if it seems helpful in the short term.
Unmanaged anger creates problem sometimes for you and often for others around you ()
It is important to manage anger before it leads to other serious problems
What to Do for anger
1.Calm Ourselves
For your MINDTake a some deep breath And listen a music or listen favourite songs

With your TONGUE Think twice before say anything is it better to be silent
