    SECTION 1 - BOOKINGS

    Requirement

    Timely and accurate submission of booking information.

    Where

    APL LOGISTICS LTD. Taipei Office

    Cut-Off

    Vendor should submit the booking (Shipping Order) one day prior to cargo delivery

    (Two days before vessel cut-off), thus APLL Taiwan could get shipping approval

    fm consignee if any shipment is out off the shipping window.

    Process

    APLL Taiwan will check with APLL system whether POs fall in shipping window date or not

    first, APLL will issue APLL shipping order no. and input bookings data into APLL's system if under

    "Yes" scenario. Consignee (LDS' affiliates) could track POS billing information fm

    NetTrac system at same time.

    Shipment authorization should be given by Consignee if any exception.

    No cargoes will be accepted without APLL shipping order.

    SECTION 2 - CARGO DELIVERY & CLOSING TIME

    Requirement

    Cargo must delivered to APLL warehouse with shipping order.

    Cargo should be delivered as booked and segregated per Consignee's PO number.

    Carton Marking

    Vendor's cargo should be packed into cartons under good condition with proper carton mark.

    Cut-Off

    For APLL Load cargo -

    APLL contract warehouse should receive cargo during the working hours.

    Vendor should pass paper thru customs prior 5:00pm closing date (Thu.).

    For Factory Load - based on Carrier's CY cut-off time. ( Thu.)

    Note

    APLL will inform the actual cargo deliver date to concern parties

    (specially on shipping advice and container manifest ) .

    SECTION 3 - CARGO LOADING

    Requirement

    Cargos must be released fm Taiwan Customs.

    Where

    APLL's facilities (Tao Yuan and Kaohsiung warehouse)

    When

    Every Thu.

    Loading Procedure

    1. Build FCL for single Division - first priority.

    2. Co_load with the divisions sharing the same DC - second priority.

    3. Co_load with other divisions - third priority

    4 . Co_load MCC cargos - fourth priority

    APL LOGISTICS LTD. Taipei Office

    Cut-Off

    Vendor should submit the booking (Shipping Order) one day prior to cargo delivery

    (Two days before vessel cut-off), thus APLL Taiwan could get shipping approval

    fm consignee if any shipment is out off the shipping window.

    Process

    APLL Taiwan will check with APLL system whether POs fall in shipping window date or not

    first, APLL will issue APLL shipping order no. and input bookings data into APLL's system if under

    "Yes" scenario. Consignee (LDS' affiliates) could track POS billing information fm

    NetTrac system at same time.

    Shipment authorization should be given by Consignee if any exception.

    No cargoes will be accepted without APLL shipping order.

    SECTION 2 - CARGO DELIVERY & CLOSING TIME

    Requirement

    Cargo must delivered to APLL warehouse with shipping order.

    Cargo should be delivered as booked and segregated per Consignee's PO number.

    Carton Marking

    Vendor's cargo should be packed into cartons under good condition with proper carton mark.

    Cut-Off

    For APLL Load cargo -

    APLL contract warehouse should receive cargo during the working hours.

    Vendor should pass paper thru customs prior 5:00pm closing date (Thu.).

    For Factory Load - based on Carrier's CY cut-off time. ( Thu.)

    APLL will inform the actual cargo deliver date to concern parties

    (specially on shipping advice and container manifest ) .

    SECTION 1 - BOOKINGS

    Requirement

    Timely and accurate submission of booking information.

    Where

    APL LOGISTICS LTD. Taipei Office

    Cut-Off

    Vendor should submit the booking (Shipping Order) one day prior to cargo delivery

    (Two days before vessel cut-off), thus APLL Taiwan could get shipping approval

    fm consignee if any shipment is out off the shipping window.

    Process

    APLL Taiwan will check with APLL system whether POs fall in shipping window date or not

    first, APLL will issue APLL shipping order no. and input bookings data into APLL's system if under

    "Yes" scenario. Consignee (LDS' affiliates) could track POS billing information fm

    NetTrac system at same time.

    Shipment authorization should be given by Consignee if any exception.

    No cargoes will be accepted without APLL shipping order.

    SECTION 2 - CARGO DELIVERY & CLOSING TIME

    Requirement

    Cargo must delivered to APLL warehouse with shipping order.

    Cargo should be delivered as booked and segregated per Consignee's PO number.

    Carton Marking

    Vendor's cargo should be packed into cartons under good condition with proper carton mark.

    Cut-Off

    For APLL Load cargo -

    APLL contract warehouse should receive cargo during the working hours.

    Vendor should pass paper thru customs prior 5:00pm closing date (Thu.).

    For Factory Load - based on Carrier's CY cut-off time. ( Thu.)

    APLL will inform the actual cargo deliver date to concern parties

    (specially on shipping advice and container manifest ) .

    SECTION 1 - BOOKINGS

    Requirement

    Timely and accurate submission of booking information.

    Where

    APL LOGISTICS LTD. Taipei Office

    Cut-Off

    Vendor should submit the booking (Shipping Order) one day prior to cargo delivery

    (Two days before vessel cut-off), thus APLL Taiwan could get shipping approval

    fm consignee if any shipment is out off the shipping window.

    Process

    APLL Taiwan will check with APLL system whether POs fall in shipping window date or not

    first, APLL will issue APLL shipping order no. and input bookings data into APLL's system if under

    "Yes" scenario. Consignee (LDS' affiliates) could track POS billing information fm

    NetTrac system at same time.

    Shipment authorization should be given by Consignee if any exception.

    No cargoes will be accepted without APLL shipping order.

    SECTION 2 - CARGO DELIVERY & CLOSING TIME

    Requirement

    Cargo must delivered to APLL warehouse with shipping order.

    Cargo should be delivered as booked and segregated per Consignee's PO number.

    Carton Marking

    Vendor's cargo should be packed into cartons under good condition with proper carton mark.

    Cut-Off

    For APLL Load cargo -

    APLL contract warehouse should receive cargo during the working hours.

    Vendor should pass paper thru customs prior 5:00pm closing date (Thu.).

    For Factory Load - based on Carrier's CY cut-off time. ( Thu.)

    Note

    APLL will inform the actual cargo deliver date to concern parties

    (specially on shipping advice and container manifest ) .

    SECTION 3 - CARGO LOADING

    Requirement

    Cargos must be released fm Taiwan Customs.

    Where

    APLL's facilities (Tao Yuan and Kaohsiung warehouse)

    When

    Every Thu.

    Loading Procedure

    1. Build FCL for single Division - first priority.

    2. Co_load with the divisions sharing the same DC - second priority.

    3. Co_load with other divisions - third priority

    4 . Co_load MCC cargos - fourth priority
