Lessons learned– Sometimes a good idea can be really obvious.
– For early results, be ready to give up a large measure of control.
– An “organic” process moves rapidly to better solutions.
– Cost/benefit analysis needs to consider intangibles.
– Everyone likes shiny new toys.

– Apps to support small-group study sessions
– Standardize "cloud" information organization and distribution
– Increase licensing agreements for digital academic support
