RESPONSIBILITIES• Using tools such as calipers, mi-

croscopes, x-ray machines and ultrasounds to study metals and synthetic materials

• Taking samples and determine the strength and hardness of the materials

• Apprenticeships begin every September and take 3 years

QUALIFICATIONS • High school graduation • Interest in physical-technical

processes• Basic technical understanding• Clean, precise and reliable work• You should be a fast learner, en-

joy teamwork, and have a will-ingness to further your educa-tion
