Project Management/New Building Experience 10 Year History Our project teams have been under taking new building supervision for several years and
accumulated a considerable amount of new building project management experience both in Europe and Asia. Our projects involved dry cargo ships, oil tankers, chemical tankers and oil field service vessels. NAPA & AUTOCAD software are used as design tools.

ASP TANKER MANAGEMENT COMMERCIAL
• Currently operating under term business with BP Shell IMT and Chevron.
• The only third party manager global approved to manage BP owned assets.
• Term management approval with major charterers eg. Stolt, Unicorn and Sargeants.
• Current back to back bareboat/ time charter (5 years ++) deals with all four oil majors.
• Group finance arranged for purpose built 3,500 DWT bunker tanker to be deployed within Group owned subsidiary 1st quarter 2013.
• Recent delivery to our UK ship management arm of two Group financed specialist offshore support vessels currently deployed under time charter in the North Sea.
• Currently negotiating as preferred tenderer with one oil major for turn key project involving financing of two new build tankers to be built and subsequently time chartered back to this particular oil major. New Build Construction,Technical and Crew Management will be undertaken by our in-house management teams.
