ABLETECH ENGINEERING (ATE) is a highly progressive and technologically advanced company with local
and international experiences in providing professional technical services for solving thermal engineering problems
in process industries. We entered the Indian market in year 2005 as manufacturer of Industrial Process Equipments.
We are specialized in design and fabrication of heat exchangers for a wide range of industries using gas-to-gas,
gas-to-liquid, and liquid-liquid applications. We help our customers to maximize energy efficiency and reduce operating costs, minimize waste, and recover precious resources from waste energy. easily be installed anywhere. Plate and frame heat exchangers comes in a compact design that

The Shell and Tube (U-tube) is the most common type of heat exchanger used in the process, petroleum, chemical and
HVAC industries, it contains a number of parallel U tubes inside a shell. Shell Tube heat exchangers are used when a process
requires large amounts of fluid to be heated or cooled. Due to their design, shell tube heat exchangers offer a large heat
transfer area and provide high heat transfer efficiency.
ATE Shell and Tube Heat Exchangers are designed to meet various process requirements. Shell and Tube heat exchangers
can provide steady heat transfer by utilizing multiple passes of one or both fluids. ATE shell and tube heat exchangers come
in two (2) and four (4) pass models standard, and multi-pass custom models.Shell and Tube heat exchangers use baffles on
the shell-side fluid to accomplished mixing or turbulence.

Wire wound tube or pin fin as it is otherwise known is made from one continuous piece of wire, wound helically over the tube with root soldering on every foot of every loop.This is our main product because of its superior efficiency. It consists of wire loops wound that are Solder bonded to the external surface of a round tube.The variable density of wire loops allows for optimal thermal selection. The charge-air cooler and turbocharger are part of a high tech induction system that increases engine
combustion efficiency. The turbocharger uses exhaust gases to compress air before it enters the charge-air
cooler.
The compressed air going through the charge-air cooler is then cooled by the ambient air flowing
across the cooler fins. The cooled air is more dense than warm air. So when it flows into the intake side of
the engine, the increased density improves horsepower, fuel economy and reduces emissions. The
compressed charged air at the outlet of charge air cooler will have a reduced temperature of about 40 to 50
degrees Celsius from a temperature of about 600 degrees Celsius. The following illustration provides a
clear view of the components associated with the charge-air-cooler and how the air flows through the
system:

CHARGE AIR COOLERS
The charge air cooler has another advantage in that it reduces the exhaust gas temperature
It has been proven that every one degree Celsius drop in scavenge air temperature will reduce the exhaust temperature about five to ten degree Celsius.
CAC helps the engine in maintaining at a safe working temperature.
AIR -COOLED CONDENSER FOR CONDENSING UNIT
Air-cooled condenser is a kind of heat exchanger used in air-condition, refrigeration and other systems. Our products are stable and high efficient by using high quality fins and advance mechanical expand tubes techniques. Air-cooled condenser is made up of condensing fin, axial blower, and framework. At present our products include side-exhausted air-cooled condenser and V-shape top-exhausted air-cooled condenser. They are perfect auxiliary products of all kinds of compressors.
Side-exhausted type air-cooled condenser with single fan, double fan, triple fan and fourfold fan. The area of heat transfer is from 2 square meter to 180 square meter. Top-exhausted type air-cooled condenser with double fan and triple fan. The area of heat transfer is from 80 square meters to 600 square meter.

Heat is also extracted as the liquid cools to condensation temperature. Latent Heat energy is released as the refrigerant changes from vapour to liquid.
The high pressure liquid leaves the condenser and travels to the metering device (TXV) (CAP TUBE).
It can then begin the cycle of extracting new heat via the evaporator.

CONDENSORS & EVAPORATORS
An air compressor is a device that converts power (usually from an electric motor or an engine) into kinetic energy by compressing
and pressurizing air, which, on command, can be released for use elsewhere.
Often the compression takes place in two stages.
The process of compression produces energy which is manifested as heat. The heat is removed before use (or further
compression), hence the introduction of INTERCOOLER and AFTERCOOLER.
INTERCOOLERS:
Situated between the first and second stages of an air compressor, the intercooler cools the compressed air before it is further
compressed.
ATE uses technology similar to its diesel engine turbo-charged air coolers for this process. Water cooled with fins on the airside.
ATE can provide just the intercooler element OR the entire unit including the outer casing. Series production for OM requirements
is already carried out for leading compressor makers, but we are also able to design and build for bespoke special requirements.
AFTERCOOLERS:
Situated on an air compressor immediately after the air is compressed, the after cooler reduces air temperature
before it is used for the end purpose.
ATE uses technology similar to its diesel engine turbo-charged air coolers for this process. Water cooled with
fins on the airside.
ATE can provide just the after cooler element OR the entire unit including the outer casing. Series production
for OM requirements is already carried out for leading compressor makers, but we are also able to design and
build for bespoke special requirements.

INTER /AFTER COOLERS

lowers the internal wind-resistance, improves the cooling flow of the generator and increase the efficiency.ATE
offers efficient Water Cooled ( CACW ), Air Cooled ( CACA ) for AC & DC Motors, alternators, hydro-
