Sometimes people don’t get the help they need because of the stigma associated with mental health and substance use conditions and the fear of being labeled or discriminated against.

Join us to help stop the stigma during May Mental Health Awareness Month. Learn how to support you and your peers' mental wellness at this kickoff event where you can:

Interpretive services available on request (three days prior to event). This event is funded by the Mental Health Services Act and the College of San Mateo.
