Served in Indian Air force (IAF) for about 21.5 years before joining BIT, Mesra on 01 November 2006. This period can be divided into two parts: 16.5 years as junior engineer
(diploma holder) and 5 years after B. Tech. (i.e., AMIE). Last 5 years of career in IAF were
involved in teaching responsibility (Aviation Instrumentation and allied subjects to B.Sc.
students).
