• Open this link in your web browser: https://backjoy.app.box.com/files/.
• Enter your Email/Username and Password in the fields provided and click
“login”. Check the “Remember this login information” box to automatically
log back in the next time you visit
*You should have received an email invitation from Box to set up a username
and password. If you do not know your username and password, email
Stephanie at [email protected] and she will resend you the email
invitation.

• Click on the folder labeled
“BackJoy Assets”.
• Inside the BackJoy Assets folder,
you will find several sub-folders.
Click through each folder to see
what is contained within. You
can also reference the outline
on slides 4 and 5 for the basic
structure of the BackJoy Assets
folder and all of the sub-folders.

6Sales Toolkit Folder• Click on the folder labeled “Sales Toolkit” within the BackJoy Assets folder.
(You can also access the Sales Toolkit by copying this link into your
browser: https://backjoy.box.com/s/xr9vzimmvg0zqcd1ba9z). This folder
contains most of the assets you will need, and will likely be the folder you
spend the most time in. You can see how the Sales Toolkit is structured on
slide 5.

• This is a brief tutorial on how to download a file from Box.
• Let’s say you want to download the BackJoy logo. As you can see from
slides 5 and 6, you can find the BackJoy logos in two different spots
within BackJoy Assets—in the “Logo_Identity” Folder and in the “Sales
Toolkit” Folder. We’ll use the Sales Toolkit Folder for this example.
• Click on the Sales Toolkit Folder.

• Click on “Logos”

• Within the Logos Folder, you will see a list of all the file options.
• Click the drop-down arrow to the right of the file you wish to download
and then click “download”.

• This is a brief tutorial on how to share a link to a file with someone.
• For example, let’s say you want to share a link to the Comfort Insoles Sell
Sheet with a customer. As you can see from slides 5 and 6, you can find
the BackJoy sell sheets in two different spots within BackJoy Assets—in
the “Print Materials” Folder and in the “Sales Toolkit” Folder. We’ll use
the Sales Toolkit Folder for this example.

• Click on “Sell Sheets”

• Click on “Share”.
• A link to the file will drop down (highlighted in blue) and you can copy
and paste this link to the file into your email. The other option is to click
“Send”. More instructions using “Send” are on the next slide.

• When you click “Send” with the envelope next to it, you will see a
grey box pop up.
• Enter the email address of the person you’d like to send the file to in
the “Send to:” field and enter a message to the person in the
“Message:” field below that.
• Click “Send”.
