Building Stock Performance
The total final energy consumption of the building sector in Portugal (PT) was 2,980 toe for the residential sector and 1,950 toe for the services in 2010 (Eurostat data). Consumption levels in homes ranged from 109.00 to 285.00 kWh/m². Insulation values in the existing buildings range from 0.50 to 2.00 W/m²K for walls, 0.62 to 2.10 W/m²K for floors, 0.48 to 3.10 W/m²K for roofs and 2.80 to 5.00 W/m²K for windows.
