MCPCB METAL CORE PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD
Consists of an aluminium metal core, a thermally conductive dielectric layer and a copper circuit layer. Protecting LED and electrical components by removing heat.
KLIK QUANTUM BOARDAn integral part of the Quantum board design is the flexibility it provides the designer to achieve a fully illuminated luminous opening regardless of system length or incorporation of bends/angles. The Quantum board is factory fitted and can be cut down by single chip increments offering the specifier unlimited options.
The incremental length of a single chip ensures that there are no dull zones or in-fill panels required to achieve the desired length.

KLIKTEK LABIn order to constantly improve and test KLIK product, KLIKTEK laboratory uses the latest LED test equipment. This includes a calibrated integrating sphere, spectrometers, thermal camera, laboratory grade power supplies and temperature probes.
THERMAL AND MECHANICAL DESIGN All KLIK products are designed from the ground up to integrate features which enhance the thermal efficiency and mechanical robustness of their luminaires.
LIGHTING CLASS QUALITY The KLIK Quantum board is designed to provide consistent, reliable, “dot-free” illumination regardless of the length of the fitting.

CROSS BINNINGThe Quantum Board also offers cross binning as standard. This revolution in chip-set design provides consistency in colour with
chips selected from 2 bins and alternatively placed on the board. The resulting mixed bins ensures a Macadam ellipse of less than 2 steps.
