Bridging Gaps: Bay Area Black Community
● Socio-Economic Gap. Creating affordable programming and providing a space for community members to connect with corporate employees to collectively strategize on how to have a positive impact on the Black community as a whole.
● Professional Gap. Connecting Black professionals across sectors in order to foster community, expand professional networks, and exchange business opportunities.
● Generational Gap. Providing a space for seasoned Black professionals (over 40) to connect and share best practices with young professionals (under 40).
CBE Week is bridging gaps in the Black community in three ways.
