Venus Flytraps grow slowly and need a lot of water.
Venus Flytraps are fire resistant and count on fire to get rid of other plants.

Habitat
A Venus Flytrap can live in any wet, marshy area.
Extinction
The Venus Flytrap is not going extinct.The Venus Flytrap is threatened and vulnerable.The Venus Flytrap is vulnerable because fires
are being restrained more and more. These fires kill other plants that can use up their soil.
There have not been efforts to save the Venus Flytrap.
Without the Venus Flytrap the earth would have too many bugs because this plant is one of the more well-known carnivorous plants.
