AIR-DRY is a high potency, highlyconcentrated, dual quaternarydisinfectant, sanitizer, and deodorizer.When used according to label directions,it kills Staph, Salmonella, E. coli, Listeria,Y. entercolitica, and other bacteria. It isalso effective against viruses, mold, andmildew. AIR-DRY is ideal for disinfectingand deodorizingpreviously cleaned hardsurfaces, such as floors, walls, foodprocessing and service equipment,garbage containers, pet areas, and thelike. When used as directed, AIR-DRYmay be used to sanitize glass andsilverware, food processing equipment,and other non-porous food contactsurfaces such as chopping blocks,counter tops, etc. AIR-DRY meets therequirements of 21 CFR 178.1010 for useon and around food processingequipment and may be applied withoutrinsing when used as directed.
