TheReasonableandPrudentParentStandardallowsfosterparentstogivetheirfosterchildrenpermissiontodoage-appropriateactivitiesthatpromotecognitive,emotional,physicalandbehavioralgrowth.Allstatesarenowrequiredtopromotenormalcyforchildreninfostercare.Please
