The Beeston Group was formed approximately sixteen years ago by
Timothy Hay and Steve Johnson, and supported by Russell Ambrose
when taking on the large Beeston Regis Holiday Park in Sheringham.
They soon got to grips with the business and learnt very early on
that the key to making a successful business is by reinvesting in
the facilities and services available on the park. It is this ethos that
has helped the business grow into the company it is today - our
flagship holiday park, Cliff House Holiday Park at Dunwich in Suffolk,
winning the best holiday park in East Anglia a few years ago.
Throughout our years in the holiday park business our goal has always
been to create an excellent customer experience. We strive to do
this by reinvesting heavily into our business. The result of this at Cliff
House is that we have achieved an East Anglian Tourist Board 5 star
Rating for six consecutive years!

We have recently purchased 28.5 acres of land on the
Suffolk coastline in Kessingland close to Lowestoft,
where we plan to build our biggest and best
holiday park yet. The Hollies at Kessingland
will be completed with eco-friendly
features including photo VA electricity creation, ground source heat pumps
and re-use of rainwater around the park. The proposed development
when completed will have 100 lodges, 100 Glamping tents and 300
touring and camping pitches all spaciously laid out.
GL AMPINGAt Cliff House we launched our new Glamping experience,
ideal for romantic couples and young families alike, with an
emphasis on luxury and romance under canvas. Full onsite
facilities are on hand and with a comfortable double bed
you have all you need for a great holiday or short break.
The immediate success of Glamping at Cliff House
has led us to make it an integral part
of the camping experience at The Hollies Park
in Kessingland, due to open in 2013.

a double bed. The apartments have room for a child’s cot.

ATMOSPHERE AND AMBIENCEWe hope you will enjoy its atmosphere and ambience. The building
has been designed to be eco-friendly with the heating supplied via a
ground heat source pump, drawing the natural heat of the Earth to
provide our underfloor heating. Most of the lighting is LED which is
energy efficient, running on very low wattage. Attention has been paid
to detail using local interior designers for the colour schemes, a local
carpenter to make our wooden furniture and our own team to create
this venue with its up to date sound and lighting scheme. We would
therefore like to thank all those involved in the building and creation
of ‘The 12 Lost Churches’ - a contemporary bar with roof terrace,
restaurant, function and wedding venue. Should you wish to discuss

Dunwich is steeped in history, around 700 years ago 12 of the Dunwich churches were lost to the sea during several large storms, hence our contemporary name ‘The 12 Lost Churches’.

LODGES AND CAR AVANS FOR SALECliff House Holiday Park has approximately 100 caravans and holiday lodges set on
secluded plots, many with sea views. Most of our customers are owners who have
been with us for many years
Superior holiday lodges normally measure between 720 and 800 sq.ft
and comprise lounge/dining area, fitted kitchen, 2/3 bedrooms and
bathrooms. These are available for sale on a long licence and with a 10
month season (1st March – 1st January). We are only closed during
January and February.
We have a great selection of lodges and caravans for sale from
the country’s premier manufacturers, and we always have a
good selection of second hand lodges and caravans for sale.

woodland. The Beeston ‘bump’, as it is locally called,
is all that separates you from the idyllic seaside town
of Sheringham which you will find is full of locally
owned businesses, a rarity these days! Or you
could enjoy a leisurely afternoon in the traditional
town of Cromer with its fabulous Victorian pier,
or sample the excellent fresh fish and delicious
locally caught Cromer crabs. From Beeston
Regis Holiday Park you can also explore the
Sheringham to Holt steam railway, quality
golf courses, a maze, the fine city of
Norwich, horse riding or just rambling
along the coastline. There is something
in this area for everyone!

on a quiet and private corner of the park. The development consists of
11 holiday lodges situated within their own landscaped gardens that can
be used from March to the following January. Each lodge offers central
