Minimum Stay: 7 Days. Valid until 31st December 2013 (excluding 20/05/13—07/07/13 & 08/08/13—01/09/13). Short stays are available, subject to a supplementary charge and availability. Prices are per week and exclusive of VAT. VAT is charged at a rate of 20% for the first 28 days, then at a rate equivalent to 4%. All apartments are non-smoking.

Up to three months Once you have confirmed your booking we will send:
• A Temporary Licence Agreement, stating our basic terms & conditions which we require to be signed and returned to us prior to arrival.
• A rent request detailing the amount due for the apartment. full rental payment is required to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival in order to guarantee the booking. We recommend payment by bank transfer although you can pay by credit card.
• A Credit Card Authorisation Form will need to be completed. All bookings are subject to a £500 deposit as a guarantee against any dilapidations in the apartments and any incidental charges. We will authorise this amount to your credit card and only charge at the final invoice stage, after departure.
